Enjoy this quiet home and be just minutes from The Ark Encounter. Nestled in a wooded area with a creek flowing nearby. Enjoy nature at it's finest. This home offer cozy outdoor relaxation for a weekend get away. Enjoy this property and all that it has to offer in the area. We are a short drive to Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville. We are also located less than 45 minutes from The Creation Museum.

The Ark was less than 2 miles from the property, so that was fantastic. They had games to play with was good because of the outdated tv. Overall the stay was good, we had pizza delivered the second night, delivery drive complimented the home and we agree.

Great Little Gem

Had a great stay as we visited the Ark. Found Great Vines winery to be fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect

The location was perfect. A short drive down to the Ark Encounter. Love the BBQ and ate dinner on the deck.

Great location

We e joyed our stay. We prefer to cook instead of always going to restaurants and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The beds were comfy and so were the couches. The bbq was a ni e touch too.We would stay again

Nice property near Ark

Checkin was a breeze. Received a text from property manager with access code and asked us to text when we arrive. Easy to follow instructions in house binder providing details of property and checkout procedures. Would stay again if in the area.

So.much better than a hotel

You get the flexibility of a full kitchen, large private yard, and 3 private bedrooms. The deck is fantastic. Forget the hotel scene unless you like all the opposites of my description

Nice rental

Nice yard, porch, and drive way. Very private. Can see the ARK from the house. Clean inside and out. The floor in the house seemed off level, no big deal. Very satisfied.

Not a bad place to stay

The house was nice and cozy, however when we arrived the house smelled very musty inside. There were also a few dishes that we found that were dirty/greasy that were in cabinets. The beds were pretty comfy and had adequate blankets/pillows. The shower also has very good hot water and water pressure but lacks a little in the shower head quality as it more so feels like being sprayed with a broken garden hose... Overall not a bad place to stay but could use some attention to the noted details

Location could not be batter

An older property, the house has slope inside in two different directions. Multiple spiders inside the property. Those were the only negatives. Positives, location for the Ark Encounter could not be better, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. Privacy was excellent and the kids (teens) loved the fireflies. The dehumidifier was very nice to have. UNO was fun, a few more games might be nice, but that could be hard to do. Communication was excellent with the hostess. I think we are all used to hotels and taking out the trash might have been a bit of a surprise responsibly, just for us.

It was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was the ice maker didn’t work. We tried to get it open to see if the ice was froze up inside but couldn’t do that so unfortunately we didn’t have ice. Other than that, everything else was nice.

Cousin Trip

It was a nice clean, quiet, and cozy place to stay! The porch was great! It has everything you need. It is close to the Ark and other amenities, but far enough out to be rural and quiet! We were all very comfortable.

Nice little house.

This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.

The Burnett’s

The house was just as listed. I was surprised that it was supplied with everything we needed (paper towels/toilet paper/soap/shampoo/ EVERYTHING! Our gps took us the wrong way and I called the property manager and she stayed on the phone with me and walked us through directions until we pulled into the driveway. Loved the porch and the fact it was so close to the Ark Encounter.

Family Friendly

Comfortable, clean, and quiet! This home fits the whole family and is 3 minutes to the Ark, and 10-15 minutes to the local Walmart! It was a home away from home!
