We stayed here while visiting family for Easter. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was extra clean. Have no complaints and would stay here again.
Our family came up for a few days to see the Ark, Crewtion museum, and Cincinnati zoo. Great location for all three. The house was very clean and well kept inside. The kids really enjoyed the basement and the games. Would definitely use again if we go back to the Arkcome
The neighborhood was quiet and in-between the Ark Encounter & the Creation Museum. The house is like the pictures. You have to be careful walking down the steps in the basement. The beds were comfortable, just need a coffee table in the living room and TVs for the other bedrooms. The smoke alarm went off when I tried the oven up to 380.
We needed a nice place to stay so we could break up our drive to Gatlinburg. House was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and pretty much right off the freeway. Plenty of coffee, and a welcome basket of snacks was a nice touch. A great place to stay if you are going to the ark.
We stayed here while visiting the Ark Encounter. Property was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was a pleasure to have a kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet. The property owner was quick to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here with our young family of 8 the night before and after we visited the ark. The location was great because we didn't have to wake up super early and drive to the ark.
Communication with Peter was very good. He answered questions quickly and we had the check-in intension in plenty of time.
The home had everything we needed and plenty of space for a large family. Everything felt very new yet and it was very clean. The game room was a hit with the kids and a good way to let Mom and Dad have quiet time while preparing meals.
We'd stay here again.
We had the best time in our short stay here. It's perfect for young kids, but also great for all adults. If you're going to the Ark, or just passing through, this is the place for you!
Kitchen was well equipped to prepare and cook meals.

The house was clean, and family friendly! It was great for a large family, well stocked with dishes and such, it had a pack and play which was great, plenty of beds, the sofa was comfortable, the beds were comfy, the rooms were well sized, and the large table was nice, the basement though not necessarily the game room it boasts was fun for my kids and great for the adults to relax! They also provided a lot of body wash, shampoo, trash bags, etc.; which was so nice! Several spices were there already; there were plenty of things to cook with, snacks left for us and the host was easy to work with. :) The cons: the WiFi was slow, the tvs often didn’t work because of it. There were several locked doors that only had a lock on the other side which made for a little uneasy feeling we just put our door bar things in there. The paper towels and TP were basically gone when we arrived but we replaced them with our own. The washer destroyed several articles of our clothing ripping them apart. There was several damages to the basement such as holes in the wall and furniture and such that we had to document they were and that were visually unappealing, but not necessarily an issue safety wise. Over all it was a good experience we stayed two extra days and had a decent time. We did our part, made sure the property was as clean as we left it, and we thanked our host! :)
This house was amazing! Super clean and so fun! My kids reslly enjoyed the basement games! Beds were firm and comfy! I would definitely stay here again! 6 minute drive to the Ark which was perfect!
We were extremely close to the arc just as described. Also, the property look just like the photos, very clean and a very great experience. The host was very responsive and considerate of any thing we had to say.
Very clean, well stocked and quiet. We did not notice highway noise. Very convenient to The Ark Encounter. 4 stars on neighborhood because of neighbors large dog was loose (off leash) and was not in their control. However, after a bit, they were able to get it inside.
This rental was perfect for our family to stay in while we visited the Ark! We could eat some meals at home and had a relaxing place to retreat to after a day in the heat.
Had an amazing time there. Very nice neighborhood. Beautiful home! Overall would definitely come here again!

Good, not great
PROS: Clean, well kept home close to the highway with easy access to anything you would be traveling to the area for. Host communicates quickly and has reasonable expectations (start the dishwasher, take out the trash) of their guests.CONS: Immediately upon arriving, the home had a very strong odor of cat urine. It lacks sufficient venting in the kitchen, so cooking is difficult. It has poor insulation and likely an undersized A/C system that struggled to keep the temperature within 10* of the set temp. The "game room" is a "musty" basement with a strong odor that has a small table, a tv, a couch and some board games with 2 "mini-arcade" games attached to the wall. The staircase is not safe for young kids, with a steep slope and a severe fall-risk to the side of the stairs without a rail. The windows had wasps/hornet nests in between them (interior windows separate from exterior windows) and significant bug activity (spiders and ants) in and around the home. The home backs up to the highway and a nearby railroad; train horn can be heard quite loudly from within the home.
This was the perfect place for our family to stay two nights while we visited the Ark Encounter. The host has taken care to think of touches to make the stay easier (kids dishes, night stand with built in charger ports and LEDs, and even a few snacks provided). The community was quiet (though at night we could hear the highway). The house was updated and comfortable fgurnishings and very clean.
