Private residence in front of the island of Porquerolles, wooded and landscaped, fenced, with private beach with shower (Simone Berriau Beach), accessible only by the residence. Ping-pong tables, petanque and beach volleyball courts.
The apartment is a 3 rooms (64 m2) less than 2 minutes walk from the beach, it has a terrace of 15m2, exhibition S / O, 1st floor with elevator, sleeps 4/5 people (possibility on application cot child umbrella). It comprises: an entrance, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, W. C. separated.
You have parking spaces inside the residence which is equipped with a very secure electric gate.
It is pleasant to walk or cycle to the Ayguade market or the port of Hyères by taking the cycle path along the beaches, and also to take the sea shuttles to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and the Levant.
