House located in a small village in southern Ardeche (southern Ardeche).
An ideal location for relaxation, tranquility assured with a panoramic terrace of 80 square meters and a beautiful view of the valley.
Guests can also enjoy an authentic pizza oven and a barbecue.
House located 20 minutes from Aubenas and its Provencal market on Saturday morning, 15 minutes from the medieval village of Vogue, 25 minutes from Balazuc, a village perched on a cliff overlooking the Ardèche, both listed among the beautiful villages in France.
House also located 30 minutes from the Ardèche Gorges and the famous Pont d'Arc Cave.
Village altitude of 420m so a bit cooler than in the gorges of Ardeche, this is very significant especially in summer.
Not to mention the Baths of Vals les Bains located 20 minutes from home.
For fishing enthusiasts wild trout (Fario), you are ideally placed because there are two rivers that pass below the village.
Ideal base for hiking, many tours leave from the village, but also for mountain bikers, canoes and cultural visits in the region.
