Place was great for an on the beach stay and would stay again!!Host was super responsive when reached out to. Minor things we wished we had there would have been kleenex, extra toilet paper instead of having to buy and a small vacuum to help with the sand that gets brought in no matter how much you rinse off from the beach.

Southern Sands 206 was a great place to stay. The large ocean front balcony is great for listening to the ocean waves and watching for the dolphins. We had a great week!

We had a great experience at 206! It was a quick walk to the beach. Had most kitchen supplies for us to make several meals there while also being close to restaurants. Our family was comfortable to whole time and had an amazing view of the ocean! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the condo! It was so close to the beach and also had a great pool! The condo was very clean and furnished with everything you would need! We would definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing view of the beach. Hearing the waves was wonderful. Didn't see any dolphins, but did get to see a number of brown pelicans soar thru the air and dive bomb into the ocean. It was great!

The entire condo had a sandy floor, we found the broom and cleaned it ourselves. The bed sheets were not very comfortable.

If you are looking for a great spot right on the beach, this is it. Easy access to parking, an elevator and direct view of the Gulf. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. The condo was clean and had plenty of room to relax. We had a small glitch with the door code upon arrival but it was fixed right away. The only thing I would suggest is to possibly provide beach towels or some beach gear for those traveling long distance that may not be able to bring their own, otherwise, this condo is top notch! Highly recommend.

This property was an ideal location!! Views from the Living Room, Bedroom, and balcony were awesome! Love being so close to the ground floor so that we could just walk down a few stairs and right on to the beach. The location also allowed us to walk for most of our dining and shopping. Jane was great about getting back with me on questions I had.

Beach view was amazing! Location central to walking to shopping, food and entertainment. Condo was fully stocked with utensils except for a pizza cutter.lol. Lots of close by restaurants across the street. Parking free with placard. Nice time. We would book again if we return to Gulf Shores.
