Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your huge private balcony with unobstructed 180 degree views at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sands unit 205. Tastefully decoratedi unit directly on the Gulf and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly right on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view! This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps 8 with a comfortable new King bed in the master bedroom, along with a twin trundle in the Master and a Queen and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom with balcony access from sliding doors from this bedroom. The den has a large sofa as well as a rocker-recliner with the best view of the ocean. We have wireless internet access and we are located only 1/4 mile from the center of shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has new large 50" smart tv. Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Please note that your reservation will include one parking pass. If you will need a pass for a 2nd vehicle, let me know and I can add the cost of the 2nd permit to your reservation total. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and its a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the ocean! You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS! Keywords: Condominium

Great Beach Getaway!

We loved our stay at Gulf Shores. Sheryl, the property manager, was wonderful to work with! The unit was super clean and comfortably furnished. This unit is directly beach front. The balcony has a sofa, chair and table w/chairs - plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. We walked to the shops, restaurants and the Hang Out - a hit with my college age sons! Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break. We will be back!

The overall experience was great. The Vrbo itself was very nice a cutely decorated. Great ceiling to floor view from the living room and bedroom. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful place for A relaxing vacation

This is our second year renting this unit . It is spacious and so nicely decorated . We always stay atleast 9 days and have such a relaxing time . The beach access is wonderful and we love gulf shores beaches . We were very well taken care of even got us in as early that morning as she could . Plan to continue our stay when ever we come to gulf shores

Beach decor, beautiful ocean/beach view with the balcony overlooking the sand below. The beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning works great, which was really needed during the extreme heat. We couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay at a reasonable price, right on the beach. Thanks for a great time.

Great location

This location was just about perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room on the beach, and super close to shopping and restaurants. There was a slight issue with the garbage disposal, but we had great communication with Sheryl and we found we could work around it without much hassle. All the information for check-in was spot on, but we unfortunately received it after we already had left our house and had to swing in a buy a few supplies for our stay once we got to the condo. Overall, very happy and would stay here again.

Great view from balcony, location and beach.

Sliding glass door that opened to balcony from living area was so corroded you could not see through the glass. Needs to be replaced. Floor of balcony in bad shape. Great view, beach and location.

Great Stay!

Our stay was great. This condo is right on the beach, the owner is very communicative. The only problem we had personally was the cleaning crew. Our shower was grimey, things were not in their place, and we found chunks of glass in the pool from someone having too much fun the night before. I wish there would have been a daily pool cleaner or something like that in place so things like that didn't happen. Everything else was literally perfect though.

Great Place! Choose THIS ONE!

We had an excellent time at our stay in the condo oat Gulf Shores! If you are looking to stay at a great place that is near a lot of businesses in restaurants, but also has a smaller feel compared to many of the other larger/busier buildings in the area, this is a great place! Compared to other places nearby, this one will has far less guests and gives you a more cozy feel. What does that mean? Well, the pool won’t be overrun with too many people ever (unlike the neighing property which was LOADED will people all day). You can always walk through the balconies uninterrupted and get into elevators without cramming in with others. We noticed that the neighboring properties were just overrun with people and both my wife and I common multiple times how happy we were. We chose a smaller place in Gulf Shores that was still within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The property was extremely clean! It looks very nice and smelled clean! Showers were always hot, the balcony is very large and spacious with a great view. The air conditioning works fabulously! They had plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Our kids absolutely loved the room they were in. We had a very minor concern and it was fixed immediately (all it was was a blown fuse in the fuse box…something the owner couldn’t have predicted would happen). Communication was fast and professional! We would definitely stay here again in the future as long as the price continues to be great!
