This is a wonderful family rental. New for 2022 season will be a newly renovated main bath with double sinks.
This 1st floor condo located just one block south of the convenient stores, food establishments and services on 34th Street and a short ride to Ocean City's famous boardwalk. This property features four bedrooms that sleep eight people comfortably (2 queen beds and 4 single beds), an air mattress is included for a ninth person, and there are two full bathrooms. Additional amenities include central air, off street parking, cable TV and wireless internet. Situated one and a half short blocks from the beach and just one block from the 34th Street playground. There are two decks for your enjoyment; one covered front deck with afternoon sun and a covered rear deck for morning sun. Ocean City delight

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was close to the beach and stores and the house is beautiful and well kept. We would go there again

Great front porch.

Perfect for a family of 6 or less. Short walk to the supermarket and Wawa. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Comfortable family room with a great comfortable L shaped sofa. We all said we'd come back!

Fun in Ocean City

This property was perfect for our vacation at the shore with our daughter and her family. A short walk to the beach and playground. And evening strolls for a bite to eat and ice cream. And Ocean City is a great place for a family vacation !

Great location

Great location, house was a bit dirty and dusty. Windows were stuck closed and we couldn’t open them. Trash was left in the house. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud very early in the morning and very late at night.

We loved our week in OCNJ! The location of the house was perfect with proximity to the park, restaurants and beach. We had so much fun!
