This is my parents home when they visit Philadelphia to see the grandkids. We have outfitted it with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen opening up to an outdoor patio. The first floor boasts an open living and dining area blending seamlessly into the bar area overlooking the kitchen. The second floor includes two nicely sized bedrooms: a queen in one and two twins in the other with a bathroom in between both rooms with dual vanities and a separate toilet and shower/tub area. Closets are free of personal belongings and for the use of our guests.
Anything you need for working, entertaining and enjoying comfortable living can be found in this gem of a home.
Easy walk to Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes, Franklin Institute, Rodin and ESP.

About the host
Hosted by Nadia
We are a family of 5 who has lived in Philadelphia since 2001 and love our wonderful Fairmount community with its parks, community gardens, amazing restaurants and great neighbors. We love to cook, entertain and garden. A new recipe (and cocktail) is always brewing in our kitchen along with adventures in canning and foraging.
We are interested in exploring places with great food and interesting people.

Why they chose this property
We bought this home for my parents use in the summer to come visit us for extended periods of time. Therefore we furnished it as lovingly and carefully as possible. We have filled it with our own artwork from our travels and fully stocked kitchen since we are a family of foodies.
What makes this property unique
One block from restaurants, grocery store, public transportation, bike share, car share and parking lot.
