NEW WOOD HOUSE FOR 8/10 PERSONS WITH COMMUNAL POOL

House built in 2016, thought and done with passion that you spend excellent holidays.
It consists of a beautiful main room of 40m² facing south and west, offering a beautiful light with 2 large windows and fixed windows triangle in the west gable. The covered terrace and the west corridor south side offer additional 40m² to enjoy the outside for your meals or relax in the seating area.
The fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with built in oak bar here allows you to cook in a friendly. Also a perfect outdoor barbecue grills for good to the branches!
For sleeping you have 4 bedrooms, 2 with glazed south facing windows giving you access to the corridor. There are 3 beds in 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190 (bunk beds for children). There is additional sleeping in the mezzanine overlooking the living room, allowing to accommodate up to 10 people.
For the health area we have equipped with a bathroom with double sinks, shower and toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
For convenience, a storeroom with washing machine and storage space, outside a bike shelter.
The house is situated 200m from the lake. You have access in 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach with safe bathing area (in season) as well as the Esplanade Hourtin Port where you will find various restaurants, bars and bakery.
Being also the owners of camping Domaine La Résinière which borders the house, we told you direct access to the campsite for you to have access to the pool at the campsite (open from 1 June to 30 September) and that his football turf field, his tennis if you like. The campsite Domaine La Résinière is a campsite just 36 mobile homes where we mostly welcome families and where we do not do the evening entertainment, so quiet and relaxing too!
The bike path runs right past the estate, you can reach the city center by bike Hourtin (2km) and Ocean beach in Hourtin (15 km).
Hourtin is a charming little town divided into 3 Pole: Harbour (where we are) the city (where there is a market, shops, cinema) and the beach (with a few shops and restaurants, surf school) and around the forest for lovely walks in any season on foot or by bike.
It is an ideal starting point to visit the Médoc vineyards and castles, lighthouses along the estuary; Bordeaux, a beautiful city easily accessible and very rich to visit; and the Arcachon Bay in a little over an hour by car.
