This completely renovated barn is set in the heart of a walnut exploitation - with acres of walnut groves all around.
Set all on one level the gite comprises an open plan living area, bright and airy, with whitewashed walls and beams, and offers a large french window looking over the private heated pool and terrace. This living room comprises: * A fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle.. * Comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with French and English channels. There is even a piano for evening entertainment! * A dining area with table and chairs. Two bedrooms lead off this living room: * One double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps * One twin bedroom again with bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe. * A shower room with vanity unit; * A separate WC. A good standard camp bed can be added to accomodate a fifth guest.
Ouside Description: ******************* The gite has a private heated pool, equipped with an electric shutter for children's safety. A terrace, under the pergola, offers a shady place for al fresco meals and relaxing. A private garden has a table tennis table and parking.

Location vraiment au top, la communication pour l'arrivée c'est faite toute seul, l'endroit est très calme et les propriétaires sont au top, d'une grande gentillesse et très à l'écoute. La piscine est tout à fait comme sur la photo et chauffée juste comme il faut, nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances avec un temps magnifique, merci a vous et à bientot. Corinne Hervé

MAGIQUE
Mon fiancé et moi-même avons loué cette charmante maison pour une durée de 9 jours.
Nous avons eu un temps magnifique !
L'accueil du propriétaire a été très agréable. Un monsieur touchant, d'une gentillesse remarquable. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons eu le droit à des anecdotes de la région de la Dordogne. Très sympathique.
Ce que nous avons apprécié par dessus tout c'est qu'il n' y a aucun vis à vis, une vue sur une plantation de noisetiers, je ne sais plus exactement le nombre d'hectares, mais c'est immense ! Nous étions dans les hauteurs, c'était magique ! On se sentait "alone", en amoureux, loin de tout...
La nuit tombée, un ciel étoilé, une merveille ! A ne pas manquer !
Une piscine privée Top et chauffée, bain de minuit au rdv !
Une maison bien agencée et très typique du coin. Un piano à disposition fort apprécié !
Des soirées barbecue.
Nous avons visité le gouffre de Padirac (situé à 1H de la maison).
Nous avons pratiqué le canoë kayak sur le fleuve de la Dordogne, une merveille, à faire absolument !
Il y a un supermarché à 5 min de la maison, les propriétaires sont d'ailleurs très charmants ! A 15 min un plus grand supermarché, à Cénac. Ou un grand Leclerc à Sarlat (30min).
Nous avons dîner dans un restaurant très bon (Le patio) à LA ROQUE-GAGEAC, lieu et commune fabuleuse.
A ne pas manquer en visite : Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Beynac-et-Cazenac, La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Montfort Vitrac, Gouffre de Padirac, Les Jardins Marqueyssac...
Nous avons adoré notre séjour, difficile de partir! Nous reviendrons et conseillons cette maison!
