Very nice property. I would recommend. The only “complaint” is the communication with the host; it was slow and a couple of things were not acknowledged. The pictures of the property are also a little bit deceiving when it comes to the rooftop terrace and its access.

Malgré la réactivité de réponse des hôtes, il s'avère que lors de notre départ soit 10 jours après, celle-ci n'était toujours pas opérationnelle...

Très bel appartement spacieux, très bien situé et avec une déco moderne et aérée La climatisation présente dans la pièce à vivre ainsi que dans chacune des chambres est un réel atout surtout en plein été Parking souterrain appréciable même si pas forcément très pratique pour y entrer Dommage que l'ascenseur soit en panne depuis + d'un mois... Même si nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires, ils ont été très réactifs quand nous les sollicitions par mail. Merci pour ces belles vacances

Très bel appartement, bien équipé

Bon séjour dans ce très bel appartement, bien équipé, la climatisation très appréciable lorsque 38° dehors, la literie confortable, l'espace dans chaque pièce, l'emplacement qui permet de se rendre assez rapidement vers Carvoeiro, Portimao, Armaçao de Pera, Porches et Silves. Un grand merci aux propriétaires d'accepter les chiens (écrit dans l'annonce mais qui suite à une mauvaise expérience passée, ne souhaitaient plus en accepter). Problème avec une porte le dernier jour mais qui fut réglé en quelques heures.

Fantastisch Appartement - Ook prima werklocatie

Drie weken heb ik met een collega in het appartement verbleven om te werken. Heerlijk. Perfect en stabiel internet. Een royaal appartement met zitgedeelte voor de avonden met Netflix, een 'werkgedeelte' waar we royaal de ruimte hadden voor onze laptops. Een eetbar bij de keuken. Ook fijn dat er balkons zijn aan twee zijden van het appartement. Je kunt daardoor ook altijd wel in de zon zittenen doordat de deuren tegen elkaar opengezet konden worden, waait er een verfrissend briesje door het appartement en de slaapkamers dat zowel kan verwarmen als koelen. We hebben de airco's niet hoeven gebruiken, maar die zitten in de slaapkamers en woonkamer. We konden de auto in de parkeergarage zetten waardoor je ook de boodschappen zo vanuit de auto via de lift in het appartement zet. Het vergt wel enige rijvaardigheid om tegen een steile helling met weinig speling aan de zijkanten en direct een 90 graden bocht, maar na een paar keer gaat het prima. Op het balkon van de kamer en het dakterras heb je een schitterend uitzicht (je kunt de zee nét niet zien liggen, maar je ziet Carvoeiro op 3 a 4 km afstand liggen. De eigenaren waren heel gemakkelijk te benaderen via WhatsApp en reageerden altijd heel snel op een verzoek of vraag. Het was gewoon top en ik kan enkel met fijne herinneringen terugdenken aan ons verblijf dat gisteren pas eindigde. We komen hier echt graag weer terug om het werken in de prachtige omgeving van de Algarve te combineren zodra dit weer mogelijk is. Rafaela en Pedro, nogmaals bedankt voor alles. Jan & Ruben

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé pour visiter cette magnifique région de l'Algarve. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location dans le parking de l'immeuble malgré la rampe assez raide. En plus des équipements mentionnés dans le descriptif, l'appartement est équipé d'un lave vaisselle très apprécié. Merci pour le séchoir à linge et le barbecue. Pour résumé cet appartement est très agréable et nous garderons un très bon souvenir ce nos vacances.

wonderful appartment

the apartment was exactaly the same as the pictures,if not better. the only thing I would suggest to inprove it would be to offer an optional welcome pack, as we were lucky the owner took us to get some milk as most things were shut when we arrived after 9oclock. also think it is to hard for people with walking problems. if you want a really quite holiday,but not to far from the beach about 5 euro return. this would be ideal place to stay.

Nice and modern apartment

We had a perfect time in this apartment. It is just like the pictures as shown above. Everything you need is present, including the garage and elevator. The bed is rather good. That's a plus. The knifes are sharp. That's a plus too. It's situated in a quiet street near the church and library and very easy to find. The owners of the house (and his mother) are very friendly people and very helpfull in case of complaints or questions. The apartment is modern but cosy and comfortable. We will surely recommend it if you are looking for a modern, cosy and comfortable place to stay in Lagoa. We thank the owners for having us in their apartment and will surely keep in mind for a next time. Muito obrigado!!!

Sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung

Die Eigentümer waren äußerst hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Ausstattung (auch der Küche) enthielt alles Notwendige. Die Bilder geben einen guten Eindruck vom Zustand der Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, da N125 in der Nähe.

Très bel appartement

L'emplacement de cet appartement à LAGOA est un plus car au calme dans une ville où l'on trouve tout pour passer un bon séjour. De Lagoa, possibilité de rayonner aux alentours pour la découverte de L'Algarve. Beaucoup de petits ports à proximité où il fait bon déguster de bons poissons. Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel avec un parking fermé. L'équipement est correct, un peu plus de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine seraient un plus. Prévoir de quoi étendre le linge et les serviettes de toilette pour les jours de pluie car terrasse à ciel ouvert. Propriétaires à l'écoute et disponibles au téléphone en cas de besoin. Une bonne adresse pour de bonnes vacances en dehors des côtes un peu surchargées et bétonnées.
