Walking distance (one mile) to Gruene where you can find famous Gruene Hall- (2 min.), plentiful dining, and unique shopping. New Braunfels, just 10 min. away, offers more than 50 different dining choices, countless live music venues, antique shops, Brauntex Theatre, breweries, wineries, Guadalupe and Comal River access-(5-10 min), Schlitterbahn Water Park -(10 min), Landa Park- (5 min.), and so much more. This little home was very clean and quaint. It was a 2 minute drive to the strip without traffic, with traffic about 5-7 minutes. It was nice and private away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the action. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't have more time to relax on the property much, but we'll definitely be back!
