PROVENCE TERRASSE is a spacious apartment with a beautiful terrace for up to 6 persons and is ideally located in the heart of Nice in the area of Carré d'Or.

Decorated in a modern style, this apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends.

In front of the building,there is a bus stop with several buses, allowing you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers numerous Blue Bike points, allowing you to ride to the city center. There is a bike station some minutes of walk from the building.
The train station is a few minutes of walk away.
Nice airport is only 15 minutes away by car.

The living area with a sofa and a flat screen TV with international channels.
A second part kitchen / dining room.
And the "bedroom" part with a convertible sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people.
The living room is air-conditioned.

KITCHEN :
Large American kitchen overlooking the living room.
It is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a Kettle and a coffee machine.
Dining table for 6 people.

BEDROOMS :
Both bedrooms are spacious and have closets.
Double beds are equipped with two independent mattresses.
One of the rooms has a flat-screen TV.

Modern, it has a walk-in shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine.
