Wakeup to a sunrise you won’t forget over the Carson Valley as you enjoy your morning coffee fresh from the Kuerig and soak in one of the most beautiful views this area has to offer. Perfect location to the Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lifts in the winter and just a quick 3 mile trip down the hill to the beautiful South Lake Tahoe and all that it has to offer. This cozy cabin feel will surely be a trip to remember for any romantic getaway.

• This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
• Quiet hours are 10pm-10am.
• Two (2) car maximum allowed.*
• Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
• During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this Unit.

Both televisions (downstairs the 40" and in the loft upstairs 55”) are equipped with Roku and live streaming premium cable television through Spectrum TV, and many more premium channels.

The condo can sleep up to 4 people with a queen bed in the loft and two pull out couches downstairs. One couch folds into a very comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress topper and the other couch pulls out into a twin with a memory foam mattress as well.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen along with luxury linens, towels and toiletries.

**Please note the fireplace has been disabled upon request of the fire Marshall. There is a new mini split located above the glass door that will be used to warm the condo in the winter.

South Lake Tahoe Getaway

Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a small little condo but has everything you would need for a vacation. We really enjoyed the deck and location of the condo. It was very close to all of the activities on our list. We'd stay here again if we're in the area! Codi was great with communication.

Cute cozy "cabin" condo

Enjoyed my time over the Christmas holiday at this cute, cozy condo that has a cabin feel. The owner was responsive, kind and he was easy to be in touch with, everything was as described, nice Mountain view. Cozy interior. But the fireplace does not work. The pictures glamorize it a bit, it's not as big and spacious and a bit darker than the photos make it feel. And it's a bit older feeling inside. But still it was overall a very good experience. I especially enjoyed the loft bed upstairs. I paid much more over the Christmas holiday, but for the average/usual price I think it's good for what you get. May stay here again sometime.

Great location

Great condo near the Stagecoach lift. Parking is easy, as is access to skiing at Heavenly Valley. The condo is clean and well furnished. The loft bedroom is extremely comfortable and cozy. Easy communication with the owner to book and check-in, with lots of extra information about the area.
