About this property

Nice house in a quiet pool with greenery

bright modern house comprising a kitchen open to the dining room and a veranda overlooking the garden, living room, two bedrooms with a bathroom with Italian shower and bath.
The kitchen is adjacent to a utility room where the washing machine are, the dry line and various appliances.

The house has two terraces one south overlooking the garden of 500 m2 with swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 m, the other north to protect from the sun in summer.
Around the pool you have several chairs, a table and chairs on the covered terrace.
Another table with chairs on the verandah for evening meals.

The house is close to downtown where you can walk but in a very quiet area.

Manosque is a small town in the Luberon, near Aix en Provence and Avignon where festivals are held.
You can enjoy water sports, gorges of the Verdon, the Valensole plateau with its lavender, the market of Forcalquier and numerous hiking trails.

Home from home

A beautifully maintained house, garden and pool in a peaceful neighbourhood, offering privacy and also easy access to shops, restaurants and other amenities. We appreciated our hostess’s attention to detail and were reluctant to leave at the end of our stay. Oh, for just another day!

Une très belle petite maison, idéalement située, au calme mais non loin du centre ville et de toutes commodités.Également entièrement équipée on y trouve très rapidement ses repères, comme à la maison.Un petit jardin fleuri et entretenu, une piscine et terrasse ombragée. Tout pour passer des vacances reposantes.Excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire, puis, durant le séjour, facilement joignable et restant attentive au bien-être de ses locataires.Des vacances au top !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Lage, Ambiente, Ruhe, Ausstattung, Pool, wir hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können. Handtücher, die zunächst fehlten, wurden umstandslos nachgebracht. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und aufgeschlossen gegenüber etwaigen Wünschen, die wir allerdings kaum hatten.

Wundervolles Haus und Gartenanlage zum Entspannen

Wir haben Ende August 2022 zwei Wochen bei Frau Garcia verbracht. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage und ein Pool der eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Und eine herrliche Ruhe (von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit). Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet fast Alles was man braucht. Nur Handtücher und Bettwäsche mussten selbst mitgebracht werden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns herzlich Empfangen. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank P.S.: wir wurden bei der Bewertung aufgefordert die "Kommunikation mit der Agentur" zu bewerten. Wir wissen nicht was damit gemeint ist und daher hier nur 3 Sterne. Dies soll die Bewertung vom Haus und der Anlage nicht abwerten.

merveilleux séjour !!

Superbe petite maison dans un quartier très calme et non loin du centre. Maison super équipée ; rien ne manque. La piscine n'est pas grande mais permet quand même de nager. De plus, la propriétaire est très charmante et très accueillante.
