This crisp and comfy Alpine Meadows condo is nestled near the ski slopes and waiting for your visit! You're within walking distance of the resort; reservations may be required if you plan to park a vehicle closer to the resort.

There's a full kitchen for home-cooked meals with both a dining room and a breakfast bar. A deck adjoining the first bedroom is a peaceful and quiet place to relax and get some sunshine, while the second deck off the living room is ready for your grilling skills. Extra perks include smart TVs equipped with Netflix and Amazon, as well as boot warmers. There are heated floors in the bathrooms and wall heaters throughout the property.

Whether your visit is in the snowy winter or warm summer, there is always an adventure for all. Alpine Meadows is 200 meters away, and Palisades Tahoe is just minutes away - a great place for dining out as well as shopping at the many unique stores and galleries. Summer days can be filled with rafting down the Truckee River, horseback riding, or swimming in Lake Tahoe. There are many nearby hiking and biking trails, plus there is a bike trail right out the door. If you want to explore a few towns, downtown Truckee and Tahoe City are both a convenient 15-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
