***NOTES: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control.. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 guests. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests. We do not have an ice machine - if ice is important to you, please pick up some on your way in. There is also ice for sale at the store downstairs, or Bikini Bobs (during the season). Maintenance may enter the room at any time for emergencies, such as Leaks in the building or pest control.
******This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($42) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: $20 per hour. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.
