We absolutely LOVED our Stay at the summit!. Easy access to a lot of shops, restaurant’s in walking distance they even have a restaurant on the condo’s property. & the condo is right on the beach which is even better.

Right on the beach, comfortable beds, and good location. We have visited the Summit twice and have enjoyed it. The host sent detailed communications on the front end making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

This condo was exactly as advertised, and we gave it a perfect 10 in every category! The cleanliness of both the condo and the entire property was outstanding. We absolutely loved the condo’s location and everything The Summit had to offer!Mr. Jack was a terrific host! With a hurricane in the forecast, he checked on us several times to make sure we were safe and informed. His thoughtfulness and genuine concern were greatly appreciated.Although we had to cut our trip short due to the weather, we still had a wonderful experience! Having beach chairs included with the rental was such a nice bonus. Between the beautiful beach access, great pools, and convenient location, The Summit is a fantastic place to stay.

Great Place!

We absolutely loved this condo! It had an amazing view of the gulf. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were so easy to work with and so sweet! & the location was so convenient, it was close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc.. we will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a lovely condo right on the beach!! Beautiful view from the 9th floor balcony. Enjoyed the Tiki bar. Comfortable bed and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again!!!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The view was great, the kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and owners were very responsive when we had questions. We were worried about the elevators being on the 9th floor because we saw in other listing reviews for the building that they were slow or break down often, but we used the side elevators closest to the room instead of the the main elevators in the middle and never had issues or long waits!
