Bonjour, Le cout du menage n’est pas de 150 €. Vous avez eu sur votre facture le detail de la tarification qui vous indique a titre indicatif comment est repartie la somme totale. 125 € servent donc a rémunérer notre service de conciergerie sur place, le solde revenant au propriétaire. Dans tous les cas, le loyer que vous avez payé est equivalent a ceux des studios environnant. Dans tous les cas les frais de d’accueil et de menage sont payés par le propriétaire. Les propriétaires locaux n’ont pas ces couts, mais vous ne trouverez pas pour autan un loyer moins cher.. Notez aussi que 234€59 servent a rétribuer Abritel (frais calcules sur le loyer sans le menage, pour votre part vous ne voyez que 88,8 € sur votre facture) S’il vous plait, comparez le loyer global, et ne tirez pas de conclusion hatives et qui plus est fausses. Studio très bien équipé. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Les plus : la douche spacieuse, de nombreux petits électroménagers, des housses de lit et d'oreiller à usage unique, le petit lave-linge. Les moins : les chaises hautes dans la cuisine réservées aux jeunes, la place de parking trop étroite et très mal placée (impossible de garer une voiture normale).

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires. Nous envisageons de changer les tabourets pour des sieges reglables a assises plus confortables. Pensez vous que cela reglera le probleme de confort ? Ou faut il au contraire prevoir une table De substitution plus basse? Le parking est effectivement un problème a Brides les bains. Il nous a été difficile de trouver un appartement avec parking ( ceux ci sont rares) et quand le parking existe il est exigu, rendant difficile l entree dans le vehicule. Nous sommes tout a fait d accord. Nous avons tapissé les murs de caoutchouc antichoc et pensons aussi a mettre une barriere a cles pour eviter les véhicules qui empruntent de facon indesirable notre emplacement. Pensez vous que ce soit utile? Avez vous rencontré ce problème de "vol" de place durant votre sejour?
