Small charming stone house, recently restored, in the center of the old village of Olmeta-di-Tuda. The house is surrounded by a south-facing garden with mountain views.
It is a house that is on two floors: overlooking the garden a large living room. On the floor two rooms, (one being able to accomodate three people) a room of bath and a TOILET.
Olmeta- di-tuda is a typical mid-mountain village located 10 km from St Florent, 20 km from Bastia (20 min drive from Poretta airport).
It is easy to go to different beaches but also to make beautiful walks or mountain hikes.
Its central location allows to easily radiate in different regions of Corsica such as Ballagne, Cap Corse, Castaniccia, Casinca.

Second stay

Again, we really enjoyed our stay at Philippe and Monique's appartment. It's a great hide-out and highly recommendable, with lovely hosts that are there for any help if needed, but otherwise completely respect the privacy, that the old stone house and it's beautiful terrace perfectly offers the guests. Traumhaftes Chalet in den Bergen

Die Ferienwohnung ist ausnahmslos zu empfehlen fĂŒr Leute, die Ruhe abseits der touristischen Hochburgen suchen. Von der Terrasse hat man einem Blick ĂŒber die Berge bis zum Meer nahe Saint Florent. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und geben viele wertvolle Tipps fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt!

Schönes Haus in toller Landschaft

Wir waren Mitte Juli auf Korsika in dem Haus,in der Hitzeperiode bei weit ĂŒber 30 Grad, damit muss man natĂŒrlich rechnen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt. In 20 Minuten ist man in Saint Florent. Zu dem Haus: sehr netter Vermieter, der Deutsch spricht. Das Wohnzimmer und die KĂŒche ist im Souterrain, was ein wenig AbkĂŒhlung verspricht, nur hatten wir eine ungewöhnlich lange Hitzeperiode, sodass es nachmittags dich recht warm wurde im Haus. Aber der Strand ist ja nicht weit weg. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen weiten Blick. Es ist alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit ausreichend Platz und ein separates kleines WC. Wie im Inserat beschrieben ist das Parken vor dem Haus nicht möglich, aber zum Be-und entladen kann man direkt vor der TĂŒr parken. Der Parkplatz selber ist am Ortseingang, zu Fuß etwa 5 minuten Die Endreinigung muss von den Mietern erfolgen. Ist allerdings auch kein Problem. Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr die nette Unterkunft und die problemlose Abwicklung. Vielleicht wichtig fĂŒr andere GĂ€ste: fĂŒr Kaffee gibt es eine French pressing und ein espresso Kocher fĂŒr den Gasherd. Es gibt keinen Fernseher, was auch beschrieben ist, aber manchmal uberliest man so etwas. Aber wer braucht schon einen TV bei so einer herrlichen Landschaft.

Tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Das wunderschöne alte Haus in Olmera-di-Tuda ist in bestem Zustand. Bei der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der Dorfkern ist klein und ganz hĂŒbsch, der untere Teil des Ortes ist eine wenig ansehnliche Ansammlung von Neubauten entlang des HĂŒgels (beim Joggen mal vorbeigekomnen). Vor Ort lĂ€sst sich außer Wohnen, Essen, WohlfĂŒhlen und mit den Nachbarn schnacken nicht viel tun. Zur BĂ€ckerei fĂ€hrt man 3 km der Berg hinauf bis zum Pass. St. Florent und allerlei StrĂ€nde sind gut erreichbar. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge ans Cap Corse, Ascotal, Corte... ist Olmeta-di-Tuda gut geeignet. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenĂŒber und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern eine herrliche Woche im wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Steinhaus von Monique Coltelonni-Lehrmann. Es fehlte an gar Nichts, Mdm. Coltelonni gab uns zudem tolle Tipps zu Unternehmungen in die Umgebung. Das Dorf ist ebenfalls sehr idyllisch und die Aussicht von der Terasse ein Traum. Das Haus ist erstklassig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Betten und alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der beste Ort um sich zu erholen. Es gibt schöne Bademöglichkeiten in St. Florent und schöne FlĂŒsse in der NĂ€he. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Korsika pur...nach langer Zeit der Abwesenheit, haben wir den Urlaub im kleinen, ruhigen Dorf Olmeta-di-Tuda sehr genossen. Das Haus von Monique lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Trotz des traditionellen Baustils, bietet es den Komfort eines modernen GebĂ€udes (...dies reicht bis zum guten Schlafkomfort der Betten). Die großzĂŒgig angelegte Terrasse ist zum SĂŒdwesten orientiert, Tagessonne und Abendsonne optimal. Die Aussicht auf Berge und den Golf von Saint Florent sind sensationell!!! Die prĂ€sentierten Fotos entsprechen der RealitĂ€t. Wir bedanken uns und beglĂŒckwĂŒnschen Monique noch einmal ausdrĂŒcklich zu diesem schönen Landhaus!

Authentiek en modern

Leuk om in een dorp te verblijven waarvan je je afvraagt wat er achter die gesloten gevels is. Verrassend mooi verbouwd met leuke accenten, en een enorm leuk servies. Wel vonden we het jammer dat de bedden niet opgemaakt waren bij aankomst en de handdoeken waren ook niet super, van alles wat. Dit past eigenlijk niet bij het huis. Ook de 1000,= Euro borg vonden we behoorlijk buiten proporties. We hadden te doen met de honden bij het huis links beneden die hele dagen aan de ketting zaten en erg veel blaften. Dat kun je hen niet kwalijk nemen maar wel de eigenaren. Verder hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad en enorm genoten het prachtige uitzicht.

Wunderschönes SteinhÀuschen in idealer Umgebung

Dieses gemĂŒtliche, saubere, gerĂ€umige, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete korsische SteinhĂ€uschen bietet alles, was man sich fĂŒr ein einladendes Feriendomizil wĂŒnscht. Es liegt ideal, um den Norden Korsikas zu erkunden. In gut erreichbarer NĂ€he (3 Autominuten) sind ein BĂ€cker, bei dem man die fĂŒr einen Urlaub in Frankreich unerlĂ€sslichen leckeren Croissants erstehen kann, eine Badegumpe (5 Autominuten) und ein großer Supermarkt in Oletta (15 Minuten). Das pittoreske und touristisch gut erschlossene StĂ€dtchen St. Florent lĂ€dt ein zum Bummeln und zum Besuch des Strandes. Allerdings ist dieser ziemlich gut belegt. Wenn man eine etwas weitere Autofahrt mit vielen Kurven (und/oder einen lĂ€ngeren Fußmarsch) nicht scheut, sind verschiedene TraumstrĂ€nde aber leicht zu erreichen. Die Region bietet verschiedenste Wandermöglichkeiten, geeignet fĂŒr Kinder (wie in unserem Fall), aber auch anspruchsvollere Touren können unternommen werden. Die großzĂŒgige Terrasse mit einem schattenspendenden Baum, der großartige Weitblick in die Berge sowie die erfrischende Gartendusche laden ein, Urlaubstage auch mal am Haus zu verbringen. Die englisch- und deutschsprechenden Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich, unaufdringlich und geben gerne und kompetent Tipps ĂŒber Land und Leute weiter. Sehr gerne wĂŒrden wir dieses schöne Domizil bei einem spĂ€teren Urlaub wieder aufsuchen.

Perfekte Bleibe fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub

Sucht man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Tourismustrubel hat man mit dieser Unterkunft eine perfekte Bleibe! Strand und Fluss mit Badegumpen sind in 20 bzw. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Aber auch ein Vormittag und/oder Abend auf der Terrasse bringt einen sofort in den Erholungsmodus. Auch als Basis ideal, wenn man die nördliche Insel erkunden will. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder!

Agréable maison pour un séjour dépaysant

Location de trĂšs belle qualitĂ©, amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t et trĂšs agrĂ©able a vivre. Un vrai lieu oĂč il fait bon se poser aprĂšs une escapade dans le Cap Corse ou une baignade au Lotu. L’accueil a Ă©tĂ© parfait, disponible et discret Ă  la fois. Le village d’Olmeta ne conviendra pas Ă  ceux en recherche d’animations bruyantes, par contre ceux qui recherche LE lieu oĂč se ressourcer ce sera idĂ©al. L’implantation au cƓur du village nous permet trĂšs rapidement de s’y fondre paisiblement. Les paysages visibles depuis la terrasse sont magnifiques Ă  tout moment de la journĂ©e. On y reviendra, c’est une certitude.

Le petit village d'Olmeta est trÚs joli et vraiment trÚs bien situé pour découvrir la haute corse

La propriété à un certain charme! Elle est spacieuse et assez confortable. Nous avons malheureusement souffert de la chaleur. La maison n'est pas facile à rafraßchir et ne dispose pas de clim. Mais nous avons testé la douche de jardin: une Merveille, jamais glacée mais fraßche juste ce qu'il faut! La terrasse est magique et on s'y sent trÚs vite trÚs bien. Par ailleurs, à notre arrivée la maison n'était pas propre. C'est dommage mais ça n'a pas.gache notre séjour!

Appartement trÚs bien aménagé, au calme à 15 min de St Florent. Spacieux, sur deux étages, propre et bien agencé avec une superbe vue de la grande terrasse. Idéal pour famille (jusqu'à 5) , on conseille fortement.
