The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

The room and our stay was perfect! It was ski-in definitely and a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift - extremely convenient! The place was was clean - including the kitchen - and the shower ROCKED! Great experience for my and my two sons!

Perfect location

The location is great for skiing & walking into town. There is onsite garage parking which is a huge plus. The manager was easy to work with. We’ll be back!

Perfect condo

This place was perfect for our mom/daughter ski vacation! Convenient very short walk to slopes/ski school. Great amenities onsite - activities for kids and ski rental! Walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops! Owner was great and accommodated our early arrival!

Ski Breck

Excellent location and overall property. The resort staff has a bias towards VRBO guests, the passive-aggressive attitude starts as soon as they realize that is how you booked. The unit was not clean, broken towel rack (in pieces on the counter) missing light bulbs, dirty pool towels in the closet floor, dirty bath towel on back of toilet rm door. VRBO host very good, responded quickly. Parking was mandated to bldg down the street only accessible by going outside and walking.

Great place for skiers and shoppers!

This place is perfect... super close walk to the Quicksilver lift, ski shop with overnight storage for skis, boots and poles in the building, underground parking garage, great pool and lots of big hot tubs, super short walk to great coffee, smoothies, bars and restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I - really comfortable with cozy blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen. The host is fantastic, super communicative and very responsive. We will stay here again for sure!

Marriott Debacle

The hotel was under extensive renovation making navigation very difficult, dirty and noisy. The checkin process was very difficult as Marriott staff were inconsiderate and not helpful as the reservation was through a 3rd party. Unit manager was very helpful in navigating the reservation. The unit itself had outlets not working and carpet was not vacuumed upon arrival.

Property is fine. Nice update to kitchen but cheap utensils. Very disappointing check-in. Nice people but indifferent to checkin at 4 PM--who checks in so late? And for one nite? Then got a note saying we needed to leave the unit by 10 AM. Cost was $320 but with fees, cleaning ($70), etc etc etc, the total for one nite exceeded $500. To boot, the owner was distrustful when the second payment was not paid early, insulting me, repeatedly texting me and saying i was stealing. Look elsewhere i say.

every place we went on property was extremely clean and well kept. The room also was very clean and enjoyable. The only improvement for us would have been slightly warmer outside Jacuzzi temperatures. All the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful, as well

Late Season Escape

We thought an efficiency would be a little small, but there are so many amenities at the resort and a few steps away in town that we were never in the room anyway. The property had a well-appointed kitchen and private shower and toilet areas. It was perfect for us.

The check in people were less than helpful. They clearly catered to the people they rented directly vs those that go through VRBO. Sent us in circles a few times but we managed. The property was fine. The beds were comfortable. Parking wasn’t at the same building. Difficult to drop off luggage and gear.
