We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. Every home is designed to host vacation guests and we appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to inquire for more information.

East Arctic Avenue 0711 - Architecturally designed to blend old and new for the comfort of a great beach home for family and friends to gather. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a granite counter top island which doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The custom dining room table has wonderful views of the ocean and seats 8. There are 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. You will be blown away by the views not only from the entire house but from 4 of the bedrooms (bunk room excluded).

A large roof top deck plus several outdoor living areas provide great places to relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. New heated saltwater pool to enjoy, which can be heated upon request. Boardwalk extends from the house to the beach sand.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.


We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.


Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.


In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.

Pool will not heat if air temperature drops below 65.
Please make sure the gate/garage surrounding the pool is always closed.

While there is an elevator on the property, it is out of commission, and not available for guest use.
