Lovely home! I spent a week there with 4 generations of family and we had an amazing time. Great location and the beachfront views are wonderful!

The view was absolutely beautiful, especially those morning sunrises! Our extended family loved the pool and it was a great location for site seeing. The house was great, plenty of room for all to relax and enjoy. We can't thank you enough for making our first trip to SC so great!

Friends weekend getaway

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and great communication with property manager. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice house on the beach. Also walking distance to the town which was great.

Fantastic House on Beach

We loved staying at this house. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, great heated pool, and the backyard is the beach! We have been renting on the Isle of Palms for ten years, and this house is now our favorite. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds. Everything in the house worked without a hitch, and as a bonus, there's a new ping pong table. Will definitely be renting again!!

Great vacation getaway

We loved vacationing at "Seascapes". It was fantastic being just a few steps away from the best section of the beach, and also close to restaurants, grocery store etc. if you wanted to walk home after a few drinks or walk to have dinner or buy something. The house was just as advertised, and everything worked, the beds were large and comfortable, and the pool was heated and we had fun playing ping-pong after the beach or pool. So convenient and pleasant. We'll definitely be reserving to stay here again. — Roumiana

Great place on the beach

Great house with an incredible location. So beautiful! The house is a nice set up with a wonderful deck and nice pool. Had some issues with the pool being very murky and dirty, management said they cleaned it but you could see growth all over the inside walls of the pool… also not great in terms of check in check out timing, 9 am out 5pm in. As advertised, but hard with a small infant. Overall we loved our stay in the isle of palm!

The home was very clean, but very well used and loved. The upkeep of the property could be better in the sense that the lounge chairs by the pool were rusted in spots, and the picture shows that there are 8 lounge chairs, but in reality there were only 4. The boardwalk to the beach had some broken boards and many nails sticking up. There were a lot of ants around the pool area, so maybe spraying for those more often. The Pool lights were on during the day, but not at night so while night swimming we really couldn’t see we couldn’t turn on the outside lights.I asked the pool guy to see if he could change the timer, but it stayed the same. Being more clear on the bedroom situation about the queen room on the main floor having an ensuite bathroom, but doesn’t mention that it is the only bathroom on the main floor that is used for guests as well. It does state, but not too obvious that the room with two full beds is accessed through another bedroom. The master bedroom closet had a horrible stench when we arrived that I couldn’t put my clothes in it. When I called about it they sent someone out right away to look at it, and it did get a little better. I’m not sure that the problem was totally rectified, but the bleach and air freshener did help. The Exclusive Properties Co. was very available whenever we needed something. The toaster broke, and they immediately brought us another one. The pool needed cleaning, and the pool guy was there right away. The service was very good.
