Perfect spot for a family getaway for a long weekend! Everyone had a private bathroom to go with the bedrooms. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the house and outdoor spaces. Great property and location!

The home was exactly as listed. The communication with property management was excellent. I called about a small issue and they had maintenance at the property within 20 minutes. My only complaint would be the check-in process. I had to go by the property managements office to sign some papers, even though I had already filled out an online contract, Usually this would not be a big deal except I had to be at the property during working hours. I don’t want to be on a schedule when I’m on vacation, especially someone else’s…. ultimately it was not a big deal, however, it seems like it could have been avoided.Other than that, everything was excellent and I highly recommend this property.

Great house!

Our stay was so comfortable and a great location for access to the beach. We enjoyed the views from the top two floors. It was clean with beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space (pool, grill, jacuzzi, putting green) was phenomenal! Overall, the house had a great floor plan and spacing to accommodate all in our party! We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Reunion

Great people to work with and beautiful property. We loved the house and amenities. Especially the short walk to the beach. Everything was spot on. Beautiful and clean. Look forward to staying again!!

Multiple age ranged family vaca

We had the absolute best time! We had kids age range from 16-22 and adults ages 46-55. This home was the perfect location. Fantastic floor plan. Very spacious! Everyone had their own space. We can't wait to come back!!!

Beautiful Property!! Very spacious and accommodating. Location is Awesome! Property Management communication was excellent. Everything was clean and the decor is modern. House was properly stocked. Overall wonderful experience.

Southern Beauty

Our family (ages 1-71) had a great week alternating between the beach and the pool. This beautiful house had all the conveniences with its huge family room, well stocked kitchen, easy to access elevator & games galore! We’ll definitely be back!

The property managers were excellent. They were very attentive to all of our needs. The location was unbeatable, and the layout of the home was perfect for a large group. The kitchen had everything we needed, and each bedroom has a designated bathroom. We had a great time overall! A couple pieces of feedback, the elevator was not working properly for our entire trip, and for at least half of the trip, we could not get the hot tub to heat up to temperature. The property manager tried their best to resolve our issues though some of these stayed unresolved for the duration of our trip.

Thank you for the feedback! We appreciate it and always want to know if there is anything we could do better. I'm glad you enjoyed the home - it's a great one! We knew you were having some issues getting the elevator to work at first, but we were able to do a little tutorial and show you how to use. They can be tricky! Sometimes if a door is attempted to be opened before it has stopped, it will trigger a problem. Hopefully after our team member showed you, all was good?! Always know you can call us if something is still not working or you do need any further help. Customer service is important to us. Hot tub - yes, that can be tricky as well! We tried to get that in the right mode so that it wouldn't confuse anyone but I know working the pool and the spa modes can be confusing. I think once we got it in the the correct mode and no one pushing excess buttons, it was working?! Elevators and hot tubs require so much attention! I'm glad that everyone enjoyed their time though and we hope to see you again next time on the Isle of Palms! EP Team EP Team

Thanksgiving week

This property was well furnished for a family Thanksgiving celebration. My Mom is in a wheelchair post stroke ....but the elevator and room layout was perfect to accommodate her wheelchair. There were also a number of roll in showers as well which made bathing far less stressful. Plenty of parking including the street in front of the house. We would absolutely rent again.

Perfect Place for a Family Vacation

Our family of ten can't say enough good things about this property! It was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It was very clean and had just the right amount of decor. Everything about it was perfect! We appreciated that all bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom. The open and spacious living area was great for spending time as a family. The ocean views from the front porch and crows nest were amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, putting green and ping pong table. The beach is a short walk across the street. The location was not more than 30 minutes from Charleston as well as many other sites to see and things to do. Our family loved this property!

The home was spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen and great room were perfect for our meals and family time, and the porches were great for reading or taking a work call. Pool area was great! The only drawback was that many of the mattresses were worn out and should be replaced. We would definitely consider booking the house again.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful Home! Great location! Perfect for a group of couples celebrating birthdays. Love pool and walkable to beach and pickle ball city park. Plenty of dishes! Management quick to reapond to texts. Supplies were limited, no trash bags, a few dishwasher pods, no beach towels. Extra regular towels were left in laundry room. Checkin was late ar 5 pm but we got in at 345 pm. Checkout at 9 am was way too early !!!
