The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Sea view from every room!
In the dining area and living room there is a modern table with 8 chairs, cupboards and two sofa seats.
The open kitchen is practically furnished with kitchen utensils, a large fridge with a large freezer compartment.
In the master bedroom with mountain view there is a double bed of 160 cm and a large built-in wardrobe. This room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle and single on top.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
There are two large terraces. The front terrace has a sea view.
The terrace at the back has sea and mountain views. Within the private domain there is a very spacious free parking.
Bed and linen are included in the price.
There is a beautiful swimming pool with children's pool, jacuzzi and free sun beds in a beautiful park garden with palm trees, olive trees, citrus trees and banana trees.
Swimming pool is open from the 1st of May till the end of September.
The nearest airport is LAMEZIA TERME, 51 km from Tropea.

Really nice place with a stunning panorama view there you see the sunset and Stromboli volcano Carmelo and Maria was very helpful A car is a must to stay at this place

Fantastic location with amazing views .

Basic but Well equipped apartment in a brilliant location. Only issues were that It was extremely hot whilst we stayed - Aircon only in one of the bedrooms and main double bed was very uncomfortable.

Marasusa Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at the Marasusa complex in Parghelia. We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them. Having said that it was a very reasonable price and the complex itself has the most wonderful gardens and pool area. Again the communal furniture dotted around the gardens is very old and needs replacing but Carmello and Maria were very hospitable and we would definitely stay at the complex again.

Meraviglioso

Struttura meravigliosa su una collina con vista mare, montagna e costa calabra da togliere il fiato. Giardino e piscina da sogno. Belle conoscenze con gli altri ospiti. L'unica mancanza che ho notato, e che avrei molto apprezzato, è il bar in piscina. Consiglio questo residence a chiunque voglia visitare la Costa degli Dei.

Einmaliges Ferienerlebnis

Maria hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und Carmelo ist aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Das Objekt ist barrierefrei und somit für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung absolut geeignet. Durch die erhöhte Lage ist die Aussicht rundherum genial. Die Anlage und der Swimmingpool sind äusserst gepflegt. Maria, Carmelo und ihr Team geben täglich mit Ihrer fröhlichen und Dienst bereiten Art ihr Bestes. So fühlten wir uns vom ersten Tag an wie zu Hause und jederzeit sicher. Die Wohnung samt Sitzplatz ist neuwertig, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche findet sich alles Notwendige. Pauls detaillierte Informationen (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele) sind echt hilfreich. Wir empfehlen die Ferienresidenz Marasusa wärmstens weiter.

es startete alles mit einem tollen Vermieter Paul Welcher super flexibel war, da wir mit Baby gereist sind. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr familiär empfangen und konnten sehr schnell im Urlaubsfeeling ankommen. Das Appartment hat alles was man sich wünscht Die Lage ist genial und die Anlage traumhaft Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und das sieht man auch. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würden sofort wieder buchen

Prachtig uitzicht maar gedateerd en niet goed schoon

Inchecken bij lokale agent betekende alleen sleuteloverdracht, geen info mbt appartement. Eigenaar Paul erg vriendelijk en heeft veel informatie mbt wat te doen in omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht! Dat verveelde nooit. Kortom, heerlijk verblijf.

Mooi verblijf op een prachtige locatie

Wij hebben genoten in het mooie appartement op deze unieke locatie. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. Het heeft 2 terrassen waar we prachtige uitzichten hadden op de zee en op de bergen. Ook binnen is het fijn vertoeven. Alsook aan het zwembad hebben we genoten van het zwemmen, zonnen en het adembenemende uitzicht op de zee en Tropea. Ook in de omgeving zijn er mooie stranden en stadjes die de moeite zijn om te bezoeken. Wij komen graag terug!

Die Wohnung war muffig hat nach schimmel gerochen pflegige bettlagen ein sofa war durchgebrochen und nicht nutzbar in der berschreibung war ein fernseher angegeben den es nicht gab ken wifi in der wohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Positiv war die schöne aussicht die aussenanlage war gepflegt nd schön

Die Agentur, mit der wir zusammenarbeiten, hat vergessen, im nassen Winter ein Fenster in der Lüftungsstellung offen zu lassen. Und Sie waren die ersten Mieter in diesem Frühjahr. Den Fernseher hatte ich bereits aus der Ausstattungsliste und auch aus der Beschreibung entfernt, aber versehentlich im deutschen Text belassen. Das habe ich inzwischen verbessert. Mitte Mai wird ein neues WLAN-System installiert. Das löst die WLAN-Probleme. Das kaputte Sofa wird repariert. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Schöner Aufenthalt zum Saisonausklang

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Garten wird top gepflegt! Was man unbedingt braucht ist ein Auto. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort. Leider wird der Pool Ende September abgelassen was ich verstehe, da sehr wenige Leute dort sind, und die Kosten eines Betriebs sicherlich nicht wenig sind. Man muss es halt einfach wissen.

Phantastische Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Ein traumhafter Ort mit grandiosem Blick auf Tropea und das Meer mit phantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Ferienwohnung mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Reinigung gerade noch so okay. Die Terrasse ist top, das Mobilar dort ist alt und grenzwertig. Eine Erneuerung ist angebracht und würde das ganze Obkekt aufwerten. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine steile Serpentinenstraße, ein Auto vor Ort ist dringend zu empfehlen, um nach Paghleria, Tropea und zu den wunderschönen Stränden in der Umgebung zu kommen. Die Anlage war Ende August/Anfang September maximal zu 20 % ausgelastet, den Pool hatten wir oft alleine für uns. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool sehr sauber. Die sanitären Räume am Pool sind schmutzig und in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Zum Glück war das eigene Appartment nicht weit. Unter dem Strich absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn die Terassenmöbel erneuert werden und die Reinigung etwas gründlicher ist gibt es definitiv fünf Sterne.

Super Wohnung - tolle Anlage

3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und ein großer Wohn-/Essbereich + Terasse - was braucht man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt (außer TV). Die eingesetzte Agentur Emeralds kümmert sich vorbildlich um alle Anliegen. Der Check-In war sehr angenehm - wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Der Hausmeister und seine Frau leben vor Ort - bei Themen/Problemstellungen war immer sofort jemand ansprechbar. Die Anlage liegt auf einer Anhöhe - mega Ausblick auf Tropea und die Äolischen Inseln. Wichtig zu Wissen - man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto! Ohne kommt man nur sehr beschwerlich nach Parhelia und zurück ;-) Wir können die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen und dieser Urlaub schreit förmlich nach Wiederholung. Die Tipps, die uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld zukommen hat lassen waren genial (Essen, Ausflüge, Strände, ...).

Appartamento su Tropea

La casa è come descritta. Noi eravamo in 7. Il panorama su Tropea è stupendo. La posizione è strategica per le varie spiagge nei dintorni. Paul il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha avvisato subito prima di confermare la prenotazione che causa covid purtroppo la piscina non era utilizzabile quindi ci ha applicato uno sconto. Purtroppo pochi giorni prima di arrivare sul posto si è guastato uno dei due bagni, Paul molto dispiaciuto ci ha avvisato immediatamente e ci ha applicato un ulteriore sconto. Persona gentilissima. Ci siamo scritti via messaggi e mail con molta tranquillità. Concludo consigliando vivamente il soggiorno presso questo appartamento.
