This splendid recent fully air-conditioned villa will offer you great comfort thanks to its large living space facing south towards the landscaped garden and its private heated pool.

For you a kitchen open to dining room and living room with flat screen, a master suite with flat screen, two bedrooms with single and double beds, a pantry, two bathrooms and two toilets. A large garage and private parking closed by electric gate.

Our villa for rent is also fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, garden furniture ... Everything is done so that the vacationer that you are can spend a relaxed holiday and enjoy Corsica tourism with confidence.


With three bedrooms, it will be very simple and quick thanks to an electric wall to transform the interior living room into a large fourth bedroom with two large bay windows opening either on the pool on one side or on a balcony with a unobstructed view of the other's mountain.


All the rooms in our charming villa are south-facing and thus offer you the possibility of contemplating the swimming pool and its surroundings, whether you are in the kitchen, the living room or in the bedrooms.



The immense ipe beach which borders the infinity pool with its waterfall, the huge rock or the landscaped garden, will allow you at any time of the day to take refuge in the shade if the heart tells you. You can also find a shower made of stones with hot and cold water which is very useful when you get out of the water.


In the evening, careful exterior lighting will allow you to have a great time in the garden furniture on the terrace, a special moment and place to have an aperitif with family or friends.


Our beautiful non-terraced villa is located in a private area away from the major axes, it will guarantee you peace and serenity for your vacation.



In order to respect this exceptional and idyllic setting, we have chosen for the construction of noble materials such as red cedar, stainless steel, stone, ipe or even solid parquet in the living room.


Thanks to a powerful heat pump, you will have the pleasure of benefiting from a private swimming pool heated to at least 27 degrees throughout the season.

On the mountain side: in this region of southern Corsica, a full-size playground is available to you. Come and practice beautiful or equestrian hikes on the Corsican trails, canyoning, mountain biking, via ferrata, climbing, adventure park, quad ... But also the superb breathtaking view in the wilderness that each of the mountains offers. rocky peaks, Corsican maquis…

Even if the car remains essential in Corsica. We provide you with 8 bikes, one of which is electric, in the villa garage. So you can go get your bread or do some shopping without having to take your car since small local shops open 7 days a week as well as a grocery store and deposit of special Corsican breads and pastries are 900 meters away ( 2 minutes by bike). By extending your way from these convenience stores towards the port, you will find a multitude of sea or beach accesses often accessible only by bike (allow 5 minutes by bike to contemplate your favorite sandy beach with turquoise water)

The villa is located 6km from the port, 3km from Géant casino and Leclerc hypermarkets and 25km from Figari airport.



The paradisiacal white sand beaches of southern Corsica are really very close, allow 6 minutes by car to reach U Benedettu (the beach blessed by the Gods), Calla Rossa, Saint Lucia of Porto Vecchio or even Saint-Cyprien.

To take full advantage of this, we also provide two paddleboards, two surfboards and a cayac canoe in the garage.



Do not hesitate to change the beach every day, you are spoiled for choice: Pinarello, Palombaggia, Rondinara, Spérone and Santa Giulia are not much further without forgetting the natural pools, waterfalls, other small coves or even the famous Bavella needles. If you feel like it, you can also take an excursion to the Lavezzi Islands nature reserve, mixing both turquoise waters and breathtaking marine fauna.
