Beautiful villa located in a pleasant area of Pyla less than 2 minutes walk from shops and the beach.
House very sunny on a garden of 800m2 with a large pool 15x5 to salt not overlooked.
It has 5 bedrooms: 3 on the ground floor, 2 with double beds (160) and bay window overlooking the pool and 1 with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bath + 2 WC.
Upstairs is a master bedroom with a double bed (160) a large dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bath separate wc adjoining and bedroom with 2 single beds.
Large living room of 70m2 with a pool table, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped.
Air conditioning, internet access, TV, baby equipment possible.
Linen option (bed, towels, tea towels): 15 € / pers.

Spacious villa with great pool and deck

We enjoyed our stay with family and friends (4 adults and 4 teenagers). The house offers enough bed- and bathrooms and during the day pool and billiard provided for a lot of memorable moments.

Perfect location.

We booked Plya-sur-Mer for 2 weeks of golf. The courses were challenging but enjoyable and all the people we met were friendly and helpful. We were stunned by the quality and cost of the sea food and wine from Intermarche. We had a fabulous time, the whole Bassin was a delightful surprise. We’ll certainly visit again. Caroline was an excellent host, she couldn’t have been kinder to us.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber ein wunderbares Freizeitangebot (Tischtennisplatte, Billiardtisch, Boulebahn, großer Pool) und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Nähe zum Meer und die Umgebung sind ebenfalls eine Reise wert.

Villa spacieuse et confortable dans un très beau cadre à 200m de la mer

Merci à Caroline pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié le billard, le ping pong, la chaleur de la cheminée, la magnifique piscine et son agréable terrasse au milieu des pins gorgée de lumière. Une cuisine bien équipée et des pièces à vivre lumineuses grâce aux grandes baies vitrées. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Belle bâtisse avec grands espaces de vie et terrasse avec piscine Situation au top à proximité de la dune du Pilat, d’Arcachon et des villages ostréicoles Propriétaire réactive, qui donne d’excellents conseils notamment pour les bonnes tables aux environs Plage à 5 mn qui nous a permis de faire de magnifiques promenades jusqu’au Moulleau. À proximité une supérette bien achalandée avec pain frais et viennoiseries Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances !

Belle villa confortable, idéale pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon

Belle et grande villa, très confortable pour un séjour pour un groupe de 7 à 10 personnes. Elle comporte tous les équipements nécessaires et est idéalement située à proximité d'une plage et à 10 minutes en voiture du centre d'Arcachon : on peut également se rendre à pied à la dune du Pilat en une trentaine de minutes. Les grandes baies vitrées, ainsi qu'une belle terrasse, permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très fluide et cordial. Une location à recommander.

Caroline nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et a été très réactives à nos questions. La villa est très confortable et comporte tous les appareils et ustensiles utiles. Nous étions 8 adultes et nous avons bien profité du micro climat et de la belle piscine. La proximité de la dune du pilat est un plus pour les randonneurs. L'environnement est très calme, proche de la plage et sans aucun vis à vis. Je recommande vivement cette villa et remercie Caroline pour son accueil.

Un séjour magnifique.

La location est idéalement située au calme mais à proximité de tout : commerce, restos, plages… le centre d’Arcachon est a 15min en voiture. Mais il y a également des pistes cyclables qui permettent de circuler partout. La villa est spacieuse et la piscine est super (un peu froide car non chauffée) mais on s’y fait vite. Notre hôte est charmante et fait pleine confiance à ses invités. Elle est très accessible en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et nous recommandons cette location et cette région.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne und entspannte Tage im Haus von Caroline. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, nicht weit weg von Strand, Restaurants und einem kleinem Supermarkt. Es ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Caroline und auch der Check-In war super.
