On the ground floor: large living room with lounge area (sofa and television), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, etc.). Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Office. Master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom (bath, walk-in shower). Separate toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: queen size bed. Bedroom 2: double bed. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds. Bathroom: walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Partly covered TERRACE with sunbeds and garden furniture. SWIMMING POOL 4x8m. Enclosed garden. Parking possible in the property and outside.
