Located in Messanges, in a quiet and residential area close to shops and the cycle path, this lovely wooden house invites you to fully enjoy the fresh air of the Landes, whether you prefer relaxing or biking. Just 3 km from the beach, it’s the ideal setting for a nature-filled holiday with family or friends.
The ground floor features a bright and welcoming living room with TV, sofa, two armchairs and coffee table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker and kettle. A utility room houses the fridge-freezer and washing machine. This level also includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and ensuite shower room (shower + sink), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with double beds (140 cm each), a mezzanine area with a single bed (90 cm) and a pull-out extra bed, plus a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
Outdoors, enjoy a large wooden terrace with plancha, a fully enclosed garden ideal for children, and your own private pétanque court for relaxed evenings. The house sleeps 6 to 8 guests. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (extra 150€). Cancellation insurance offered with a supplement of €1 included in the booking fees. Großzügiges, modernes Haus mit schönem Garten und großer Terrasse

Das Haus hat einen großzügigen Grundriss und bietet viel Platz auf zwei Ebenen. Der riesige Wohn-/Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche geht direkt in die sehr einladende große Terrasse über, von der man auf schöne Häuser in der ruhigen Umgebung und den dahinterliegenden Kiefernwald blickt. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, man hat den Eindruck, dass die Besitzer das Haus selbst nutzen und an alles gedacht haben, was man üblicher Weise braucht. Wir waren nur zu viert, aber es ist so viel Platz, dass man sich auch ein paar Wochen zu sechst bis acht hier wohlfühlen könnte. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Lüftungsventilator in der Außenwand des Küchenbereichs ist ziemlich laut und lässt sich nicht abstellen.
