At the Grand Venetian you have 4 pools to choose from and 2 of them with beachfront infinity pools. 5 oversized jacuzzis. Beachfront chairs with palapa shades. Condo was great, clean, the views are amazing!! The host was lovely and was great at communicating :) the condo was equipped for our needs. We loved the balcony furniture and loved the living room couch, and beds. All Super comfy. Side note: we prefer a quieter setting and this condo does not offer that at times. It’s an end unit and you really hear the road traffic from all balconies and the club in the front plays loud music til 9 on the weekends. It was hard to ignore with our younger kids so we watched movies inside with the patio door closed to block out the noise when the club was open. All in all, great condo.

Grand Venetian paradise

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was beautifully appointed, with lovely decor, bedding, quality pots and pans for cooking. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning barely needed because of a cool breeze that swept through in the evening. The beach club below was loud on the weekend only, but they do shut down by 8:30. We loved our stay ! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice condo with beautiful sunsets. Clean and has everything in the kitchen you would ever need. Linens were nice compared to other places we have stayed and that’s a real positive. Great fireworks on the beach at 9:00 on Saturday……another great view! Would stay here again.

Nothing short of amazing.

First I would like to say that the weather in Puerto Vallarta is always perfect. The condo was exactly as described and the the photos accuratetly reflected what to expect. The view from the living room balconies were spectacular. The whales watching and the sunset were only part of the enjoyment we experienced here. The city and monutain view from the Master bedroom's two walls of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors was equally as enjoyable at night. If up early enough you could also enjoy the sunrise from both bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom's east wall was also floor to ceiling glass doors with a small balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with ample dishes, glassware, ustensiles and more than enough pots and pans. Although the tap water is potable we purchased 20 liter bottled water for the water dispenser. The water was delivered to your door for 50 pesos when requested. Although there are 2 TV's, we never used them. The Internet service was more than adequate. The condo does have AC but it's not required if you left the patio doors open in all rooms. The natural flow of air was more than enough to keep us comfortable. Taxis were available 24/7 from the attendant servicing the 3 buildings. Wait time was almost non existant as taxis were often already waiting. If you preferred to use the bus system there was a bus stop at La Isla shopping mall in front of the condominiums. Walmart, Costco, Soriana and Lacomer were all within walking distance for your grocery and refreshment needs. If you didn't feel like cooking there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance or short cab ride to the Marina the Romantic zone and the Malecon. On the negative side, checkin was a little stressful. We were informed we were not registered in condo #2102, the number we were provided by Rodrigo, our contact person, but security were quick at determining we were booked in #2101. All good! The only minor negative comments I have about the building was the interruption of water for maintenance on 4 or 5 occasions, and mostly at night; also, 30 % of the time one of the 2 elevators did not work. We also had a condo keyless entery issue that was quickly resolved by security and Daniella, the codo manager. She replaced the batteries and gave us two keys as backup if the problem reoccured. We would like to thank security, and the pool & restaurant staff, Daniella, and Lorena for the use of the Condo and making our vacation memorable.

VRBO site worked well. Daniela, the property manager, was very responsive and provided excellent service. The only downside to the location is the Dance Club next door that plays very loud and annoying music on the weekends. property manager

Beautiful condo, excelllent communicator

We stayed for nine weeks, it was a great experience. Loreen was an excellent communitor and anything we needed was in the apartment. It was great. Close to restaurants and he bus to old town (which we did at least 2 a day ) is only 10 pesos. Is right out the security gates. They take the security serious. We sat in our balcony, and watched whales and he magical sunset every night. There is seriously everything you need to cook and it is a great place. I do not have enough good to say about Loreen.
