1 Room Cabin getaway, quiet country views, wildlife, pet friendly

Come relax and stay in JK Ranch's Cabin #2! Check out our other cabins if you have more than 2 people in your party. Enjoy 18 acres of wildlife, miniature herefords cows and peaceful surroundings. We are in the Texas wine country, so many wineries are a short drive away. Fredericksburg is only 15 minutes up the road. Our property is completely fenced with a separate fenced area for pets. Cabin #1 has a queen bed, updated bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Feel free to use the firepit in the shared yard and enjoy the stars in the dark country sky. Please note that the road and walkway are NOT paved. This is a ranch so the ground is rocky.

Great place, great fire pit and amenities. I would suggest a big light outside on the porch. If the pool was available to guests, I wasn’t aware of that. It rained on the first night, which we really enjoyed.

Quiet getaway from people and fireworks on a 4th July weekend.

Quiet locations to take my dog who is afraid of fireworks. Three other cabins were rented as well but all guest were respectful. Very nice fenced area for my dog to roam and play. Great location and the host was very friendly.

Sweet little cabins, with everything you could need. Quiet and relaxing. There is a nice fire pit in the middle of the compound, with firewood available for the guests. Barbecue pits at each of the 4 cabins and guesthouses. Pet friendly, securely fenced in so well behaved dogs can run and play. Beautiful grounds. Plenty of trees. You can see the stars! Everything has gone through upgrades over the last couple years. This is my 4th stay, and I always love coming back. The fact that there is no TV is a plus!
