This was the perfect getaway; a truly special place! Cari was attentive and an excellent host. The cottage has a beautiful view of the backyard and creek. We saw dozens of turkey and deer in the backyard. My family also enjoyed swimming in the creek. We'll definitely stay here when visiting Kerrville in the future.

A True Texas Gem

We had such a great stay twice. On our way to and from west TX. I love Kerrville and this did not disappoint. The property is immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville.

This is one of the most beautiful hidden gems in the Texas Hill Country! Conveniently located right off of Hwy 16, you would never know this beautiful, hidden oasis existed if you didn’t see it for yourself!

What makes this property unique

Only minutes away from Fredericksburg’s Main Street or Schreiner University, this is the perfect Hill Country Escape. Creek views, abundant wildlife (wild turkey, geese, white tail & axis deer, and an abundance of birds) make this a true hidden paradise.
