Beautiful studio fully equipped with 25m2 with 8m2 terrace, 4th floor sea view, in excellent condition, in a beautiful residence with reception room and receptionist, in a residence run by Pierre & Vacances, with pool access. The studio is located in a complex of buildings near the beaches of Juan-les-Pins (Pinewood) and Antibes (Ilette and Salis), in a residential area & quiet. All shops are nearby and the train station in Juan-les-Pins is located 750mètres.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, explications, organisation Propreté de l'appartement et fonctionnalité, la climatisation parfaite en période de canicule (Seul petit bémol la difficulté de stationnement.) Je recommande sans hésiter

Parfait pour un séjour sur la côte d'azur

L'appartement est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un chouette séjour au bord de la mer. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon est aussi agréable. Et il y a même une clim pour se rafraîchir! L'appartement est également très bien situé dans Antibes et permet de tout faire à pied. Le propriétaire donne pleins de bons conseils pour profiter d'Antibes et Juan-les-pins. On reviendra !

Klein aber fein!

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche zu zweit gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden! Man erreicht sowohl Juan-les-Pins, als auch Antibes lässig zu Fuß und genießt einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und auch Parkmöglichkeiten waren rund um das Haus stets vorhanden, zudem gab es die Möglichkeit, WLan im Haus zu buchen. Das Klappsofa, welches mir beim ersten Anblick Sorgen um meinen Rücken machte, hat sich als sehr gemütlich herausgestellt. Wir danken Herrn Anfossi sehr herzlich, der sich bei An- und Abreise ganz toll um uns gekümmert hat.

Séjour au top !

Jean-Gérard s'est montré très disponible et à l'écoute durant tout le séjour. Il répond rapidement à vos questions et trouve toujours une solution. Son studio est idéalement placé avec des commerçants à proximité et la plage non loin. Situé au 4ème étage d'une résidence très calme vous ne pourrez pas trouver mieux comme emplacement. Antibes est une ville charmante où il fait bon vivre et profiter de la vie. Je vous conseille vivement d'y faire un tour.
