Die Wohnung war gut. Uns war es aber rundherum zu laut. Sehr stark befahrene Straße, abendlicher Fluglärm und die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage direkt vor der Terasse.Sonst ein schönes Gelände mit Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Schöne Ferienanlage und auch Wohnung. Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht sauber und es waren sehr viele Ameisen in der gesamten Wohnung.

Eine schöne Familienunterkunft zum Entspannen

Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und verfügt leider keine Klimaanlage. Es liegt zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dafür aber in ruhiger Lage und günstig für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein Garagenplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden was auch gern genutzt wurde. Die große Terrasse lädt zum sonnen, Essen, usw. ein. Ein sauberer großer Pool und ein kleinerer Pool lädt auf der Anlage für die Kids zum Abkühlen ein. Eine schöne und ruhige Abgeschlossene Anlage.

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé par le propriétaire (seul bémol, la bouilloire électrique et le Dolcé Gusto ne fonctionnaient plus). Nous y avions déjà séjourné il y a 10 ans. La seul chose que je trouve dommage, c'est le prix du nettoyage obligatoire de 60€. Le nettoyage est bâclé, poussière sous le lit du salon. A notre arrivée le samedi, les alèses de lit n'avaient pas été changées, elles trainaient sur le lit. Interhome Cannes nous en a fourni des nouvelles le lundi.

Notre évaluation serait BIEN mais elle n'est pas proposée. Dans l'ensemble bien seuls 2 points étaient sous la moyenne La literie qui laissait franchement à désirer La propreté du matériel de cuisine était totalement insuffisante, il a fallu tout relever avant l'emploi

Braucht dringend eine Entrümpelung

Sowohl der Pool als auch die Gartenanlage sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Die Lage ist ebenfalls optimal, sodass unser Auto zwei Wochen lang nur in der Tiefgarage stand. Der Zustand der Wohnung lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Von Sauberkeit lässt sich nicht sprechen, Lebensmittel vorheriger Bewohner sind nicht weggeräumt und eine Entrümpelung würde der Wohnung dringlich gut tun.

Tevreden over de woning

Wij hebben het appartement gehuurd met onze peuter van 2 jaar en onze hond. Er was voldoende ruimte. We hadden een kinderbedje meegenomen en in de slaapkamer was voldoende ruimte om het bedje bij te plaatsen. Rolluiken zijn ook een groot pluspunt. Enkel over de ligging waren we niet enthousiast.
