Beautiful and exceptionally well kept 9th floor unit that boasts all the comforts of home at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. Bonita Beach&Tennis Club is located directly across the street from Bonita Beach on the Gulf of Mexico

This unit boasts a full size kitchen complete with dishwasher, stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, and small appliances. The bedroom area offers a queen size bed, dresser, desk to set up your laptop and sign on to the wifi provided. A full walk-in closet is complete with shelving and hanging area. The beautifully decorated bath offers a walk-in shower, washer and dryer, and linens/towels for your stay. The living area is equipped with a 45" wall hung television for exceptional viewing and very comfortable seating. Enjoy the view from the lanai as this unit faces the back bay, pool (at your building), the 12 HarTru Clay tennis court, as well as, bocce and pickle ball courts.

Easy walk to three restaurants --Coconut Jack's (live music on weekends), Doc's Beach House (directly on beach), and our onsite cafe located in building 1. Bonita Beach/Naples area offers a plether of dining for all tastes (recommedations upon request) and is close to shopping, Lover's Key, public parks, bike path, and golf courses. This is a non-smoking property and unit. Minimum age is 25. No pets allowed.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. Clean and well maintained with everything we needed. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with wonderful bay views. Loved the short walk to the beach and having a pool at our building. We prefer a brighter and more modern decor but furnishings, linens, and decor were well-coordinated and in good condition. Washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Thanks, Tracey for a great vacation, we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on this property. It was 5 minutes from barefoot beach, had plenty of options for dining nearby, and was a beautiful home to stay in.

Would stay again

Good size for two people. Located right across the street from the beach. Whoever cleans between guests could do a better job. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets needed to be wiped down inside and out. The shelves and nick nacks could also use a good dusting. The owner should look into purchasing new towels, bathmat and pillows. They looked quite used. I ended up purchasing new from the local Target to use while staying there. Since we drove it was easy to take them when we checked out. Other than that, we had a very nice time.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonita Springs. The condo was homey, clean, and they supplied everything we needed, which was very helpful because we flew down for just two weeks. Tracey was accomodating and always got back with us no matter the question. We really enjoyed the Pickleball courts!

Perfect Location, cozy furnishing, and a very friendly owner!

We stayed here over christmas and new year and really enjoyed our vacation! The owner (Tracey) is very friendly, all was well organized, the condo was clean and everything in it has worked perfeclty. So nothing to complain about! And not to forget: the beach ist just over the street, and from the 9th floor, we had a great view over the bonita beach region! The weather was so warm, that we enjoyed to eat on the balcony, it was awesome! The chances are high, that we will come back! Thanks for all!
