Seas the Day! 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beach Condo w/ Pool & Tranquil Ocean Views
Welcome to your home away from home! Our beautifully renovated, first-floor condo features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a fantastic day at the beach. The spacious bedroom offers 2 double beds (with linens included) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. For added convenience, there's a second bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
The inviting living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa and casual tropical furnishings, provides a cozy atmosphere for your beach getaway. Enjoy ocean views from the sliding glass door that leads to your own private patio.
The updated galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the dining ware, pots, pans, and utensils you need, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and microwave alongside a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven. You'll find games, puzzles, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler in the hall closet to enhance your stay. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, with TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Come make lasting memories in your beachside retreat!
The unit next door is identical and can be combined with this unit through an interior door to create a 2-bedroom, 4-bathroom unit. See VRBO #: 241352
Cats and small dogs (under 25lbs) are welcome with owner approval (additional pet deposit will apply)
The Ocean Club has a fabulous private, heated swimming pool overlooking the beach, just steps away from your patio. There are plenty of lounge chairs perfect for soaking up some Vitamin Sea. There is also a BBQ area with a picnic table on the lawn for cooking out that is available for all guests of The Ocean Club to use.
There is a coin-operated laundry room for all Ocean Club guests located on the 2nd floor.
The parking lot is private and gated (accessible by remote) so you won’t have to worry about parking during your stay.
The minimum rental is 7 days,

I am a Bostonian, born and bred. I have worked in the Downtown Boston real estate market for many years. My beach home at Ocean Club is my happy place, and I spend time relaxing there when I can, between rentals. It pleases me to share it with others. Many have told me that it is their happy place, too.
Why they chose this property
My family and I first stayed at this property when it was a small apartment hotel called Ocean Terrace. My children were small then and they loved spending days at the beach. We returned once or twice every year to visit family nearby. Since then my children have grown, the hotel has become a small condo building, totally rebuilt and beautifully renovated. I love it even more now than I did all those years ago.
VIRUS NOTES: If the Florida Governor puts restrictions on vacation rentals that cannot be accomplished by the date you have chosen, a full 100 percent refund will be given to you. Enhanced cleaning procedures and antibacterial materials will be used for the unit cleaning/sanitation process. Social distancing may be required at beach, pool and restaurants and other venues.

What makes this property unique
Since I live in Massachusetts, and I cannot always be available for my vacation renters, except by phone (anytime), I have enlisted the help of a professional concierge to assist my renters. Jean lives nearby and loves to greet each renter on arrival at Ocean Club. She will share her knowledge of the area, which often enhances a vacation. She will troubleshoot any problems that arise, though they are few, and generally give each renter as sense of security.
