ATTENTION SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY (NO WEEKLY ARRIVALS) In one of the most beautiful towns on the Côte d'Azur, this spacious 35 m2 air-conditioned studio is ideally located in the centre of old Antibes, on the first floor of one of the quietest pedestrian streets, 100m from the shops, cinema and theatre, the picturesque Provencal market, 500m from the Port Vauban, 800m from the TGV station and 400m from the sandy beach of La Gravette. All within walking distance... By car, Nice airport is 25 minutes away, the Cannes Film Festival is 30 minutes away, Cap d'Antibes and its beaches are 15 minutes away, and Marineland is 15 minutes away.

For your car, several pay car parks are available, the nearest being the Pré aux pêcheurs, less than 4 minutes' walk away. Free parking is available at the entrance to the town opposite Fort Vauban.

If you don't have a car, a shuttle service is available to make transport easier...

The studio is located on the first floor of a small, quiet 2-storey house. It comprises a main room and an alcove with a 160 cm-wide bed. Ideal for 2 people, the double-glazed window overlooks the pedestrian street, which is very quiet and away from the nightlife. Loft-style flat with a large living room with sofa and open-plan kitchen. Despite being on the ground floor, the flat is south-facing and very bright. The bed is in an alcove built into the room. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer and all mod cons, including internet TV and wifi. The following linen is provided: sheets, towels, tea towels. For stays of more than a week out of season, a special rate will apply.

Located in a quiet street right in the middle of everything. Apartment has everything you'd need. Great, responsive (and English speaking) host.

Great location, nice studio

We spent 9 nights in this lovely studio. It was clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine. It is on the ground floor but on a quiet street situated in the old town that gets very little traffic. A few motorcycles and pedestrians walking by the window were our only disturbances. The location is fantastic! A 2 minute walk and you are at the beach. 2 minutes in the other direction and you are at the Provençal Marketplace. A 1 minute walk and you are at a main square filled with restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, and stores. The owner is a lovely lady who greeted us when we arrived to give us the keys. She also returned on time so that we could return the keys before our transport arrived on our day of departure. Antibes is a lovely town. We walked everywhere and took the bus or train to do day trips to nearby towns. We would love to visit again!
