The Industrial Suite 2 Bed 1 Bath Cabin Near Trails and Big Manistee River!

This 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Cabin features 2 Full over twin bunk beds, One Full Bathroom (Tub /Shower Combo) with custom bathroom open pipe vanity featuring leathered granite counters and Copper vessel sink. Living Area features Queen Sofa open to the Full Kitchen with Granite countertops and Copper Sink. Watch Television on the 42 inch Flat Screen that folds down from the ceiling with remote or leave it tucked up out of the way and enjoy conversation. Cabin is set back from the road, has a park style charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating area. Wi-Fi and Dish Network Television. Must See!

No Fish Cleaning indoors or outdoors.

Can we bring our pet?
Unfortunately we have many guests with pet allergies and pet hair/dander is a constant issue. We are not accepting pets at this time.

What do we need to bring?
We supply toilet paper, hand soap, paper towel, dish soap, sponges, linens/blankets/pillows for beds (beds are made for guests) as well as towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, mini shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc.. We suggest bringing anything you feel you may need in addition and reviewing our amenities and supply list in it's entirety prior to traveling to your rental.

What activities are available in your area?
The activities in our area are nearly entirely outdoor recreation activities. Blessed to be located in the Manistee National Forest we are lucky to be very close to some amazing hiking/fat biking trails such as the Big M and the North Country Trail. We are surrounded by lakes and rivers as well. Kayak or canoe on the Big Manistee, the Little Manistee or the Pine River. Watch the salmon run in the fall in small creeks or fish one of our many small lakes. We are also located only about a half hour from Lake Michigan and it's beautiful beaches. Shopping is available in Manistee, Ludington, and Traverse City. Our area also has many ATV and Snowmobile trails and trail maps are available online and in the welcome book at our cabins. This cabin is located approx 20-35 minutes from Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. We are located 25 minutes from the Little River Casino and our area hosts the Hoxeyville Music Festival Annually as well!

Clean and cozy

Perfect place for our 4 man hunting party. Cabin was clean and thoughtfully designed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Great little cabin.

My husband planned this stay as a weekend get away for sxs riding. We decided last minute to bring the whole family, five of us. The CC abin had everything we needed. Just a little tight with all of us. The beds were not comfortable. That is probably the only complaint. But everything was clean and fully that we needed was there and accessable.

Wonderful little cabin

We loved everything about this cabin. It's very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also very close to the Big M trailhead, which was our true destination this trip. Thank you for the flexibility and for having such a wonderful little gem in the woods!

Great Getaway Spot

The Wellston location and the Industrial Suite were both great for our visit to Grand Traverse Conservancy sites. The suite was just as advertised and pictured. We'd definitely stay there again and/or recommend it to others.

Absolutely Loved It!

I love this property. I have stayed in just about all of the rooms but the Industrial Suite is by far the best. I take a yearly trip to Manistee and this is where I always and will always stay. Clean, cute, and cozy for sure. Awesome outside area to enjoy a fire and have fun with friends or family.

Girl's weekend getaway

Brought my best friend up for her birthday and we absolutely loved this property. It was clean, cozy and very tastefully appointed. Very quiet and private. I would love to visit again and bring my family, though it's pretty small but a great jumping-off point for biking, skiing, heading up to Traverse City or heading west to the beach.

Great cabinn

Everything was as advertised. Very clean, cozy and fully stocked. You don't need to bring anything but yourself and your food. Will definitely stay here every year for our fishing trip.

Winter break get-away

We went up north for a few nights to enjoy some winter activities. This VRBO is conveniently located about 20 min. from Caberfae and near many trails for hiking or cross-country skiing. The decor was cute. The space was cozy, comfortable place after a day of skiing! We hope to come back in the fall.

Great Location!

This property was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures show. Location was fantastic! We were within a few miles of various hiking trails, kayak launches and beaches and a short drive into Manistee. The cabin was nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The private fire pit was great and the cabin was set back from the main road in a very quiet setting. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have lived in the area for around 30 years and have spent those years investing and encouraging business development. I am the Executive Director of our local Non-Profit Tourism and Business Development Organization and fully enjoy seeing our area prosper. We have a few vacation rental homes that I manage and I am also a REALTOR and Property Manager for Big River Properties . We also operate a small motel- The Black Bear Inn, an apartment building, an automotive repair facility, and a handful of long term rentals. We have three children who help us (even when they don't want to) run these businesses and hopefully one day will share our passion for creating economic development in rural areas.
