Relaxing Lakefront Cottage with Beautiful Views- 6 Kayaks + KING SIZE BED!

This "Premier Hosted" cottage is the perfect VRBO location to allow you to feel like you are away from it all. We have recently added a king size bed on the first floor. You can swim, fish, kayak and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake and Squaw Lake year round. If you want to relax, rest and enjoy your family and friends, this is the lake and vacation spot for you. This is not a party location. We are tucked into a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

Clear Lake is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your water experience. If you choose to venture into town, you are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to Lake Orion with many different types of restaurants. The new Legacy 925 sports center is only 11 minutes away. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking trails. This home is 17 minutes from Pine Knob Ski Resort and DTE Energy Music Theater.
The peaceful surroundings are visited by numerous birds, swans and surprising hot air balloons in the summer months. Guests will have access to a full kitchen, use of washer and dryer, grill, fire pit, 6 kayaks, and life jackets. All bedding, towels and beach towels are provided. Guests describe the home saying that it is “cozy”, “quaint” and a “lovely place to relax.”
Please note that this cottage has well water. The water is completely safe and we have many filtration systems and softeners, but it does have a slight smell.

Our family enjoyed relaxing by a fire and doing some fishing. We even talked with the neighbors that we super friendly! We didn't want for anything including complimentary items. Check in was a breeze and very accommodating.

Enjoyed living the lake life at this property for a few days while town for work. The host was very responsive, the property was clean and easy to access and I really enjoyed the kayak. The upper/lower bedrooms and separate full bathrooms were perfect. Fun surprises after dark: star gazing and swans on the lake!

Great Lake Home & Communication

We travel with our Competitive Dance Team, and are taking a break from Hotel stays. This home was perfect for our 3 Coaches. We left early, and got home late, but we were so much more relaxed staying in this home! The lake view was beautiful and a large White Swan, swam by every morning early!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect birthday weekend for my wife. The cottage was beautiful with an amazing waterfront backyard. Burgers on the grill. Campfires beside the lake. Perfect for having a small celebration. Caught a massive largemouth bass literally 10 feet out from the yard. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
