Wonderful Getaway

Dog friendly, great location to beach and varuous restaurants. The beds were very comfy and place was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. We definitely would come back!

Awesome stay

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Its within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Very clean and spacious place. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Cute house, great location

Nice well appointed house very close to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect for our trip- it was comfortable and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was very well supplied as well with everything you would need to cook! Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location!

My family rented this wonderful home for an extended weekend to visit my sister who is going to school in the area. It was a perfect location and had all amenities that we needed, and then some. We will be re-booking in the future!

Fantastic Location

Cute, clean, updated unit in a great spot. Walking distance from beach, pier, shops, dining, breakfast, ice cream, and coffee. 10 min drive to old St Aug. Dog friendly. Would def recommend.

Wonderful!

This is our second time to stay in this townhouse, and it was just as nice. The rental is so clean, has plenty of room for family, and is so close to shops and restaurants. The proximity to the beach was a short and easy walk. Patty was great to work with and always responded quickly. We are thankful for a treasured week spent with family at such a nice place!

Perfect Family Spot

This place was a perfect location for our family of 5. The beach access was close and the beach was not busy at all. It was super close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream.m (all within walking distance). St George street was about 15 minutes away. The place was clean and had everything we needed from high chairs to beach gear. We will definitely be returning.

Family beach trip 2022

The owner is very responsive and very friendly. Answered any questions and concerns. Everything was just as expected and very clean. We had stayed before and enjoyed it then as well. Very close to beach and very close to several restaurants and stores.

Great little spot just steps away from the beach!

We were very impressed with this property & will likely book again! It's a tri-plex, but there was so much space that you'd never guess that from the inside. We were within walking distance of the beach, all the best spots to eat, & a couple shopping spots. Patty was a pleasure from the beginning. I was able to speak with her on the phone personally when booking & communication was wonderful throughout. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Beach House

Our family really enjoyed this stay. The townhouse was much larger than expected. There are three large bedrooms upstairs with two full baths. There is also a large kitchen and half bath off the living room in the first floor. The property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location is fabulous. Just a 30 second walk to the beach,which is beautiful, and dog friendly. There are also several casual restaurants and stores nearby. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful stay!

The unit was nicer than the pictures. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and it was very tastefully decorated. Huge plus having a garage and all the beach chairs etc... Absolutely loved the new flooring downstairs. Just a few steps to the beach that was dog friendly. Nothing at all to complain about with a tiny exception of the upstairs carpet needs a good cleaning. But its a pet friendly unit so I guess that is to be expected. I still give his place 5 stars and we will be coming back here soon!

Comfortable and Beautiful!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing location. The owner really made sure the beds and living-room were comfortable. I will definitely return! Wonderful place! A few suggestions for the owner, please stock up on some staples in the condo (salt/pepper, at least one trash bag, some bowls, maybe some spices, at least one dish detergent, better and more pans). Also, when we were checking out, the cleaning lady was very rude to us. It was 9:55 am and we have all our of items packed. We were only strapping down a trailer outside and the cleaning lady was very unprofessional and rude to us.

Quick Spring Weekend at St. Aug Bch

Plenty of space, could easily accommodate for more people than advertised, but only set for 6. Well maintained and clean property. 100 yards and you’re on the beach. Another 150 yards and you’re still on the beach, but closer to the water. Convenient access to the beach and going back and forth if required. Restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again.

Great location

Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Mostly positive experience

I would have rated our stay as a 5, except we had some challenges upon arrival. The cleaners hadn’t come after the previous guests. Our option was to leave so a cleaning crew could come, which we declined because we have a dog and had already brought all our stuff inside. So we cleaned it ourselves and did three loads of laundry, with bedding, towels, etc. The owner refunded the cleaning fee. Additionally, the beach access was often blocked because of erosion-prevention measures…it would have been helpful if we knew this when booking or arriving. The place itself is very nice and comfortable and I’d recommend it if it’s been cleaned and there isn’t intermittent beach access.
