Dining Area: Large dining are with table seating for 8. A bench is also available for additional seating.

Kitchen: Updated kitchen with stainless appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, range stove and plenty of pots pans and dishes for use during your stay.

Screened Patio: Off of the dining room there is a lovely screened patio area with comfy chairs and rocker to enjoy your morning coffee, take a nap or enjoy endless sunsets.

Bedroom 1: (Master) King size bed with 37” flatscreen tv, storage dresser, nightstands and closet.
En-suite full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: (Bunk Room) Oversized bedroom features 2 sets of single bunk beds, 2 full size dressers, closet.

Bedroom 3: (Queen) Queen size bed with full size closet and dresser.

Bathroom 1: Shared full bathroom is located in the main hallway of the home and has a shower/tub combo.

Bathroom 2: Located inside the master bedroom and is a full bathroom with shower.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 4: King Size bed, large closet and dresser, beautiful Atlantic Ocean Views.

Lower Living Area: Additional 55” TV oversized couches, wet bar with refrigerator and rooms open out to lower pool deck, tiki bar / entertainment area.

Bathroom 3: Full size bathroom with shower.

Laundry Room: Located on the first floor / lower unit of home in its own designated room. Also located in the laundry room are pool towels, 2 bicycles, cooler and some beach chairs.

Pool Area: Pool / Spa with chaise sun loungers, sitting area couches & chairs, dining table for 6, gas grill, hammock & Tiki Bar

Dockage / Beach/ Kayaks: Private Pier / Dock for you to 30’ boat. (Low draft boats only, it is a very tight access in and out of the home to Cudjoe Bay and out to the Atlantic) Private Beach & Use of 2 Kayaks.

Parking:
The home offers parking for up to 3 cars or if brining a boat 2 cars and 1 boat trailer.

*Note: Owner keeps his boat in a trailer in the driveway and is not usable by guests.

COVID-19-Related Information:
- Additional cleaning measures are being enforced at all units so NO EARLY CHECK INS or OUTS will be accommodated so we can have the maximum amount set to sanitize each unit properly for the safety of our guests. CHECK IN TIMES are 4 PM and OUT 10 AM please make your travel accommodations accordingly or book a day earlier / later if arriving early or departing late.
- No baggage holding will be allowed
- All additional back up supplies and additional bedding will be removed from each unit to avoid cross contamination.
- Cancellations: Guests that cancel due to COVID-19 reasons will not be refund unless they are outside the standard cancellation policy.
