Reserve your next getaway in this one of a kind custom home! The perfect location for an exclusive getaway for a small group. A gorgeous view, heated pool (With salt water system that is gentler on your skin), kayaks, bicycles and a private dock right at your back door allow for the ultimate escape.

This fully furnished, light and airy 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home includes all the amenities you expect. It includes a granite kitchen with new appliances and all the comforts of home. And for quiet reflection, there is a deck off the living room with a great view of the water to sip your morning coffee. The two master suites have their own private balconies. The other two bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck. There is also ample area for sun-bathing around the pool.

Located at the end of a quiet dead end street, the home sits on the ocean end of a canal. Plenty of dockage available for a 30' boat. Room to park 1 trailer. Bring your own boat or rent one from several nearby boat rentals.

The home's location is ideal for trips to the reef and back country water. There are no bridges to encumber your direct access to the ocean. Just a short boat ride away is the world renowned Looe Key Reef that offers some of the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the United States! Some of the species you will most likely see will be turtles, Goliath Groupers, Angel, Parrot and Puffer fish to name a few. Just a little further out to deeper water and you will enter some of the best sport fishing that only the Florida Keys can offer.

For the landlubbers, we are ideally located a short drive from both Key West and Marathon. Within minutes you can enjoy all the thrills of Key West's Mallory Square Entertainers at Sunset, walk the famous Duval Street, dine at some of the best cuisines on earth. For a more structured experience, you can tour the Hemingway House, Mel Fishers museum and the Key West Lighthouse or take the trolley around town. There's plenty to do and experience. Heading north towards Marathon, you will find great bird sanctuaries, Bahia Honda State Park and Sombrero Beach which has beach volleyball courts.

Breathtaking views and convenient to Key West.

Our stay in the enchanting Cudjoe Key home exceeded all expectations, offering an ideal retreat for several reasons. Firstly, its location, a mere 35 minutes from downtown Key West, provided convenience without sacrificing tranquility. The breathtaking panoramic views from every room elevated our experience, creating a constant connection with the stunning surroundings. The proximity to various restaurants and bars, ranging from 5 to 30 minutes away, offered diverse culinary delights. Our leisurely walks or bike rides to the Morning Joint for coffee and sandwiches, as well as the nearby Square Grouper, added a delightful local touch to our stay. The heated pool, consistently at a comfortable 87 degrees, became our haven for relaxation and lounging. Communication with the owner was seamless, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. The sunrise spectacle each morning, visible from the front of the house, was a breathtaking start to our days. The inclusion of two tandem kayaks allowed us to explore the shallow waters effortlessly, reaching the nearby island with ease. Enjoying the mesmerizing sight of pelicans gracefully navigating the winds became a cherished pastime on the porch. It's important to note the property's multiple steps, which, while expected and manageable for us, might pose a challenge during tasks like unpacking or grocery runs for some. Despite this, we would unquestionably rebook this property for its unique charm, and overall delightful experience.

Amazing home and location

The home was everything we had hoped for and exactly as described! Beautiful new home in a spectacular setting. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to us throughout our month long stay.

Nice with lots of rules in the contract

Beautiful home- but neighbors spy & walk with dogs or bike ride & phone the owner with reports. The owner calls & says cussing is reported, paddles weren’t beside the kayaks, visitors can’t park in the street. It was so stressful we were afraid to do anything in case we got a call warning of breaking rules.- there’s cameras outside. Don’t do anything wrong or you’ll pay dearly for it. This was the worst vacation we’ve had in 14 years In the keys- No visitors, no more than two cars- and neighbors who spy & report your Every move! Owner is trying to charge exorbitant fees bypassing VRBO- we reported him.

Cudjoe Bay

Beautiful house. Very clean. Well stocked with towels, soaps, paper items. Beautiful views from sunrise to sunset. The pool and kayaks were a huge plus. However, the 32 steps to the MAIN living area from one’s car is a big downfall - groceries, luggage, etc. The main floor (top floor) was very warm because not all the window coverings had been installed allowing direct sun into the living area for 6-8 hours/day. There were no screens on any doors or windows on the main floor keeping doors and windows closed most of the time due to small irritating insects. Initially upon arrival before we were aware of the above mentioned issues, we asked to rebook for the same period in 2023 only to find out that this booking had already been pulled out from under us by the owner without asking us if we were even interested.
