We had a great vacation! The house is on the main road but you honestly would never know. The house was great, spacious, roomy, updated and the master is amazing! I loved waking up to that view every morning. I honestly have no complaints. At no fault of the owner, home, or property, if you bring a boat, watch the tide and time accordingly. It does get pretty shallow at times. Would definitely recommend!

This was my favorite stay in Cudjoe! My family and I take a week trip every year and you never really know what you're going to get. This house was so eccentric and charming. The lay out isn't your average cookie cutter at all. It feels like everyone gets their own secluded part of the home. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and BIG. The kitchen is huge and we used it A LOT! There were plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. The pool is clean and spacious enough for our crew of 8 too which was nice to hangout in after a day of snorkeling reefs. Jody is an absolute pleasure of a host!! Any questions you have she responds immediately and makes sure your stay is everything and more! Can't wait to be back!

The grand Tiki was an excellent experience for my 4 couple group. We are all in our early 50’s and the whole house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living area was excellent for our group to sit and eat together. The pool area was spacious as well and clean. We did not feel bunched up weather in the pool all together or lounging around the pool and spa. The floating dock is not for more than 1 person at a time and that is the only negative from our whole experience. The screened in upstairs patio was awesome for gathering and enjoying some table top games. The kitchen is so spacious for making big meals and the 2 grills right outside are clean and work perfectly. The view from the patios and master bedroom of the Cudjoe bay into the Atlantic were spectacular. The last is our host Jody. We had 2 minor issues and she addresed them immediately and professionally and was the most pleasant host I have dealt with in my 20 years of visiting the keys. We will definitely go through Key West luxury rentals for next years trip

This home is very spacious! It worked nicely for my family. We enjoyed the pool, hammock and boating all from this location.
