Enjoy this beautiful condo tucked in the coveted Crescent Ridge Community. A quick 2 minute walk to ski down to Park City Mountain Resort base. Hop on the First Time Lift, Three Kings Lift or Eagle Lift. Walk the opposite direction 4 minutes to the Silver Star Lift and Famous Silver Star Cafe (adult and child friendly). This condo is a Perfect winter getaway with a secluded back patio! Backs up to mountain with trails and ski runs surrounding the property.
*Condo sits close to the Free Park City Transit Shuttle that will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. Fine dining, shopping, movie theaters, grocery stores...
*Enjoy inside garage parking for one car or small SUV and an outside parking space in the driveway for anything larger.

**Must be able to climb stairs. This is the lower unit of the upper mountainside condo.

***As of April 2021 the wood burning fireplace was replaced with a gas fireplace.

***Update: March 2022, this property does not have a hot tub due to mechanical issues and supply and demand delivery issues. We will update if we have new info regarding hot tub repair.

** Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide several fans to help cool the condo

Excellent location!
Location is top notch! Short walk to get on the lift, cruiser of a walk back at the end of the day from the Silver lift. If you are looking for a great ski in/ski out property, this is it. A few things to note, this is a walkup and the condo has several levels so make sure you can handle stairs. We were surprised to find a super private hot tub, we used it every day! The extra bathroom with laundry was super helpful. The bedding was super soft, towels were plush, they have clearly paid attention to the details at this property. We had a rental car and are glad we had it as we drove to get groceries and downtown for dinner. The parking spot in the covered garage was helpful and we used the ski locker which was super handy. The bathrooms and kitchen were nice. The only negative (truly, we loved this place!) was the sound from the upstairs neighbors. Obviously this is not something that can be controlled, but sometimes it was loud and woke us up. Overall we were very pleased, this was a great rental spot for anyone looking to ski Park City.

A pleasant stay and overall, a good value for the price.
We stayed a total of 11 days at this unit. It was a pleasant experience overall at a very convenient location. Here are some of the pros and cons. Pros: • Excellent ski-in and ski-out location. • Convenient location, only an 8-minute drive to the center of town and a 6-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. • While the lighting inside the unit can use some improvements for the nighttime, it is a beautiful sun-filled space during the day with windows all around. • Very convenient to have a private indoor garage with private ski lockers just steps away. • Great to have 3 full bathrooms for a 2-bedroom unit. • Very responsive hosts who try to address any issues you may have in a timely manner. • We got an unadvertised surprise bonus when we were informed that there was a working private hot tube on the pouch at the unit. Cons: • The public areas of the building including the ski locker area are quite old and run down, although the interior of the unit is in decent working condition. • The ceiling of the unit is paper thin, which means you will hear every footstep from the unit above morning and night. And if someone is playing loud music above, you will hear every beat of it, as was the case the first two days we were there. Fortunately, our upstairs neighbors were considerate and turned off the music immediately after I informed them of the issue. Of course, they could not turn off their footsteps, and you never know what kind of neighbors you may get.
