Villa with outbuilding, large fenced pool 8 * 4, shaded garden, located in a quiet environment in Llupia, 2 minutes from Thuir, 15 minutes from Perpignan and 20 minutes from the sea and Spain. The village has a bakery, a butcher butcher caterer renowned and you will find all shops and services nearby.
You can enjoy several equestrian club, tennis courts and children's activities nearby.

The Villa is an ideal holiday for two families (sleeps 9, with 4 bedrooms, an outbuilding, 3 bathrooms and sanitary rooms). Enjoy the freshness of the large living room, overlooking the pool and terrace and the garden in the shade of oaks.
Meals are served in the shade of the terrace by the pool.

Guests enjoy a privileged position at the foot of Canigou. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy: many walks walking and cycling from the house whose manifique village of Sainte Colombe de la Commanderie 10 minutes walk through the vineyards.

Très bon séjour mais

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec beaucoup de choses à visiter. L’emplacement est idéal si vous aimez bouger. La maison est grande avec tout le matériel nécessaire) La propriétaire est flexible, facile à joindre en cas de problème. Cependant, nous étions très surpris par le voisinage qui laisse à désirer...(vous ne pouvez pas faire de bruit (ce qui est un peu compliqué en vacances), photographie de vos voitures, plainte auprès de la gendarmerie). Pour résumer, il ne faut pas rester sur la terrasse ou bien parler à voix basse. Merci tout de même pour ce séjour, qui à part ce problème était agréable.

Maison et piscine pour un moment de repos

Après un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires , nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans une grande maison entre mer et montagne. Nous avons profité des nombreux équipements (lave linge - lave vaisselle ... terrasse ombragée - piscine) La superficie de la maison permet à chacun de trouver sa place La piscine est entretenue tous les 3 jours et l’arrosage automatique génère une belle pelouse verte. Bref un séjour très sympa

Schöne Ferien in Llupia

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) insgesamt 13 Tage zu Besuch. Wir wurden vom den Gastgebern herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde das Haus ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig. Die Sitzterasse ist ein Traum. Hier haben wir immer gegessen. Der Pool (8x4x1.6) ist echt klasse. Unsere Kinder haben viel Spaß damit gehabt. An einigen Stellen ist das Haus jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Lidl, Intermarche, Netto). Das Zentrum von Thuir (Nachbardorf) kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen. Hier sind Restaurants, Cafes und einige Boutiquen zu finden. Man sollte sich das Byhhr-Museum und den Markt am Samstag nicht entgehen lassen. In der Region gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten; Pyrenäen oder die Altstadt von Perpignan. Uns wurde von Gastgebern der Ausflug zu Les Gorges de la Fou empfohlen. Es ist eine Schlucht durch die man gut zu Fuß wandern kann und die Pyrenäen bewundern kann. Echt toll! Das Meer ist in 30 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir sind immer zum Sand-Strand "La Racou" am Fuße der Pyrenäen hin gefahren. Die Kulisse ist hier einfach traumhaft! Es gibt aber auch andere gute Strände in der Nähe. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub sehr schön und erholsam. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable.

Nous y avons séjourné en juillet 2017, nous étions 3 couples avec jeunes enfants. La maison est telle que présentée sur le site. Son équipement est très complet. Elle est tout à fait adaptée à trois couples puisqu'elle permet à chacun d'avoir son propre espace (chambre-toilette-salle de bain). Elle dispose de plusieurs espaces ensoleillés ou à l'ombre (la terrasse est constamment à l'ombre). La piscine est agréable et entretenue régulièrement. La maison se trouve dans un lotissement résidentiel très calme et a un voisinage proche, elle convient donc mieux à des personnes peu bruyantes. Enfin, sa situation est idéale car elle permet de visiter à la fois l'intérieur des terres ainsi que les différentes plages (en 30 minutes). Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours (autant des supermarchés que des commerces de produits locaux). Très bon accueil des propriétaires. A recommander.
