It has a bright living room with a library available, a large, functional and well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms (160x200 beds) with two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Upstairs, office space on the mezzanine and two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other a 90x190 bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
Bikes are available to explore the many cycle paths in the region.
A gas barbecue / plancha is also available in the garden.
A travel cot is available on request.

The house is located near Arcachon, its beaches, restaurants and entertainment, a few minutes from the center of La Teste, its famous market and the oyster port and a few kilometers from the large ocean beaches.
