We had an amazing time celebrating our 50th anniversary with multiple generations! Plenty to do for all ages. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach and ocean. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, so many areas to gather as groups large and small. Highly recommend!!
We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The ocean views were stunning, and the pool and hot tub felt like a true retreat. The balcony was a highlight — beautifully set up with an outdoor grill and a cozy fireplace that made evenings feel extra special.We traveled as a group of six families with little ones all under four — 11 adults, 10 kiddos. And while we were initially worried about space, the home worked out wonderfully. We were able to find creative and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all the babies, with plenty of room for pack-and-plays and cribs — the bunk room and its bathrooms were especially spacious, and even the primary bathroom easily accommodated a crib.It truly was one of the best weeks we’ve had, and this home played a big part in that. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. We loved our daily walks to the playground, and being within walking distance to beachside restaurants and bars made the experience even more enjoyable.The only suggestions we have — and we truly had to look for them — were fairly minor. The outdoor fireplace had a noticeable propane smell our first night, but the team responded quickly, came out to check it, and resolved the issue so we were able to enjoy it the rest of our stay. A cooler or small fridge in the garage/pool area would have been incredibly convenient.

Kitchen was missing a few items such as a wine opener but had new frying pans that were a plus. Our family thought the set up was wonderful and the pool was a hit. Beach views were fantastic.

This property is beyond beautiful. All 13 of us, age 2 to 77 had a wonderful time. The bedrooms are perfect and the lounge areas and kitchen are roomy and well stocked. The pool area with porch swings, TV and gorgeous pool and waterfalls was amazing. It felt like the owners and Vacation Company had thought of everything. This property, right on the beach, is an A property.

The house was perfectly set up for groups with separate families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is ideal. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and we used the provided wagon for so many things while we stayed. Including beach trips and grocery orders. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, and the grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. Highly recommend.

The property was fabulous, everything was just as advertised and better. The location was great, close to Coligny and also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home had everything you could ask for, the amenities were plentiful, the kitchen and dining areas had everything a cook could possibly want. There were games and puzzles for all ages, the pool and sauna area was great. The bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. The outside areas were large enough for everyone to gather comfortably. The equipment rental was great as was the $100 certificate for SERG Kitchen. The hosts left a very nice note for us as well as some wine (2 bottles) and cappuccinos'. The check-in process was great and we appreciated the information that was provided by the Vacation Company associates. In short, it was everything that we had hoped for and we are grateful for the hospitality. Thank-you so much.
This house was perfect for my family of 17. The bedrooms were laid out perfectly to have a space for the 2-month old to nap, as well as a space for the 77-year old to nap :)
The railings were safe for the 2, 3, and 4-year olds. Plenty of room in the kitchen for 5-6 to cook at once, which was very nice! The kitchen is also well-appointed with plenty of materials, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks. The refrigerator was very large, as well. On day 2, everyone said they wanted to come back to this house. This was our 4th year here and 3rd oceanfront house so far, so that's saying a lot. The Vacation Company is very well organized and helps a lot with all of the small details, such as how to operate the stereo system. Thanks to them for a wonderful, worry-free vacation! This is a beautiful home. It is filled with amenities such as a sound system throughout the house and pool. There are lounging areas by the pool, living area, and upstairs, decks with gorgeous views, an outdoor kitchen, and private bathrooms with all bedrooms, But the home is showing signs of wear and tear. The kitchen has 2 ovens (one needed replaced), 2 dishwashers, refrigerators but without ice and water, and an under counter ice maker (which needed to be replaced). We filled a bag and bucket every day from the ice maker in the garage. The sound system by the pool consistently had a static sound through it. The hot tub never worked. The pool lights were supposed to be on a timer but they went on and off sporadically. As a safety issue, we had a difficult time allowing anyone to swim at night. We found a roach climbing the master bedroom wall, ants galore by the entrance to the pool area from the beach and wasps. The outside shower drain was clogged and not able to be used for 3 days. The pool was supposed to be cleaned at least once while we were there but never vacuumed at all and when we tried cleaning it, we found that the net by the pool was totally ripped on the one side. There was also construction next door every day at 7:30am. At the published rental cost, this home was overpriced based on its condition. As these are not life and death situations, we still could not recommend this home to our friends in its present state.

While some of the issues you noted were due to operational misunderstandings and were addressed promptly by our team during your stay (example: the speaker system did not work for one-day, as our team promptly responded and fixed the issue; the ice maker did work, it was just not keeping up to the amount of ice used during your stay unfortunately), we certainly recognize that even minor inconveniences can impact the overall experience.
Please know, as we addressed during your stay, we continue to actively address areas where natural wear and tear have occurred. Our team did provide compensation during your visit as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for your understanding.

We rented this magnificent house for a week and had a group of 11 adults and 4 kids. The house is huge and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and very well stocked. We spent most of the week in the pool and hot tub. The location of the home is perfect and super close to Coligny. The shower in the Lower level king room is out of this world. We arrived to two bottles of wine and the most delicious local cookies. This is going to be our new go to for family vacations.
Family get together, attendance reduced due to Covid but the house was the best one we have rented to date. Beautifully furnished and everything we needed was there. The property manager, Brad, was extremely responsive and very friendly
We’ve stayed at over a dozen times in Hilton Head and this was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The amenities, views, outdoor areas, pool, and decor are one of a kind. There were 16 of us and never felt crowded. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
Amazing house; minor issues; excellent responsiveness
Amazing house - The property is stunning and we would love to stay again. Very well laid out house, great pool, direct beach access. Better than the pictures. 6/5 on the house.
Issues - pool heating was great (88 degrees), but hot tub didn’t work well (didn’t hit 104) until day 6-7 or our 10 day stay. We paid the up charge to switch from electric to propane heat, but to no avail. Other minor issues included a shower that stopped working, a toilet that backed up, garbage disposal didn’t work etc. 3/5 bc of issues.
Responsiveness - the Vacation Company and Brad in particular were super responsive to every issue. It’s never fun to have to keep calling them with minor issues, but Brad took ownership and addressed as much as he could. I would give Brad and the company 5/5
All in, a solid 4/5 and we would book it again.

This was a very nice house and we enjoyed the stay. Great fit for our family and since there are 3 floor elevator was greatly appreciated. Supplied bicycles were a nice touch. Decks and outdoor area was great. My only small complaint. I rent homes through vrbo in this price range once or twice a year for several years. This was the first time I have ever had to pay extra to he able to heat the hot tub. At this price range all amenities of the house should be included
This property is spectacular in all ways. They thought of everything. From pots and pans, to swim and ocean toys, to ocean views and private televisions... you had it all. We had our son, daughter-in-law and grand kids, plus four other adult couples....and everyone gave it 5 stars. This is a well built and well managed property. We are already looking to book it again next year!
As beautiful as the pictures show! The pool looks smaller in pictures but it's actually huge! There were 21 of us and plenty of room. We already re booked for next year and can't wait. By far the nicest house we've stayed in since visiting every summer the past 8 years.
