This stunning 5,500 sq ft Sea Pines oceanfront home has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (plus 2 half baths) featuring a large private pool and spa, private beach walk and bedding for up to 18 guests. The spacious floor plan, large gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, office, elevator, and the outdoor oasis create a perfect setting for enjoying the ultimate oceanfront experience.

The expansive new pool deck has a new covered summer kitchen, with a built-in grilling station, mini-fridge, sink, comfortable outdoor dining, and half bath. Enjoy the newly enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower complete with rain showerhead, shower hose, and bench. This home will make you feel like you are staying at your very own private resort.

• Pool/Spa Info: NEW Oversized Private Pool (20’ x 40’) features a spa (6’x 8’) seating for 8-10 people and sun ledge with two pool chaise loungers. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool/and or spa heat + pay fee.

• Fully Equipped Gourmet Kitchen with double ovens, double dishwashers, and double refrigerators (a third fridge located in the garage), Large Keurig, Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, Food Processor, 2 Crockpots, 2 Blenders

• Formal dining area has seating for up to twelve plus additional seating available at the kitchen island. Dine al fresco in the screened in oceanfront porch just off the dining area.

• There is parking available for up to 8 cars max - includes 2 car garage parking. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. This property is amazing, the house is beautiful and the backyard is an oasis. Its very relaxing and tranquil. The views are great for a nice lunch on the deck. We loved our private access to the beach and loved how the beach is literally right there. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our backyard. We also enjoyed our days poolside. It was so lovely to see the cardinals in the trees as we sat there enjoying the sun and the breeze from the ocean. Overall we would definitely love to come back to stay here again.

We super enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. Very quiet at times. Lovely. Close to everything. The house is wheelchair accessible but pool and beach are not. Too many steps and no way to get there. All in all, we loved it.

We really enjoyed this house! It was a second year staying in Hilton Head with two other families, and the location of this house couldn't be beat. The pool and outdoor dining areas were also fan favorites. The main area for improvement had to do with the bedding and mattresses. Several guests mentioned hard mattresses and thin sheets/bedding. We totally understand it's a rental house require long-lasting furniture, but some improvements in these areas would really make it a 10/10.

Beautiful Property, Awesome Outdoor Area

We have stayed at this home many times before. This house always is immaculate. But this year, we got an extra treat. The owner completely redid the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and board walk to the beach. The Property Manager was extremely helpful and was waiting for us upon check-in to walk us through the instructions on how to turn on the heat and jets for the jacuzzi and how to use the new outdoor kitchen grill. Much appreciated! The entire family had a great vacation.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the rooms were large for relaxing with family in 3 different tv rooms. Some of the tvs didn’t work but there was plenty still in the house. No beach chairs, umbrellas or beach toys, bikes but all were easily rentable through vacay. Lots of stairs in the house and down to get to the pool and beach so a person with limited mobility couldn’t enjoy this house. It did have an elevator from first to second floor. It was a beautiful home with amazing views from almost every room. Very comfortable. Our grandkids especially loved the perfect size pool. We paid extra to get the pool and hot tub heated and it was worth it. We would definitely rent it again.

Family togetherness

Over the top amazing. First the house. Very accommodating for that many people to be in one facility. Two of everything, washer & dryer, dishwasher, stoves, refrigerator, and an ice maker, and plenty of outdoor living spaces. The bedrooms were the best, each with it's own bathroom, sound proof, and spacious. Absolutely gorgeous home, and a beautiful view. Plenty of room to be and do your own thing as well as interact with family. We catered a Saturday night meal to give everyone a break and a treat and the office was so helpful with everything we called to inquire about. It was amazing - one for the best memory books for us all to be together.

Beautiful views

The home has absolutely gorgeous views! It is a little dated inside in some areas. We arrived for check in and they were still clean the home. We were able to get in about 30 minutes after the posted check in time. We were told to just go in and introduce ourselves to the cleaning crew. We did not think that was appropriate so we waited to allow them to finish. The proximity to the beach and private boardwalk were amazing. The outdoor area was recently renovated which was very nice. We spent most of our time in the pool and also relaxing on the decks, taking in the gorgeous views. The screened-in areas were wonderful for outdoor dining. We would definitely stay again just because of the views and beach access.

Kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook large meals including a low-country boil. The pics do not show this but there is a K-Cup machine in place of a coffee pot. Having the ice machines at a rental like this just made life easier with packing coolers for the beach. The multiple living spaces helped us spread out. Highly recommend if you need a large rental property. We had a couple small requests for the management company and they were extremely fast and professional to respond.

We had minor issues getting the pool heated and the staff was right on it and took care of the issue immediately. It was a cold Spring break week and we wanted the pool a bit warmer and they took care of it immediately. i can't say enough about the Costal Home and Villa staff. They were helpful and always very pleasant. We have rented homes many times and this i one of the best equipted kitchens we have had. I loved the labels on the drawers and cabnets which made it easy to find items as well as getting them back where they belong. Outdoor and grill area is perfect. We grilled every night and it was a nice spot for everyone to gather. I would highly recommend this property and Costal Hove and Villa.

The outdoor bathroom/shower was a huge help! Since we love to cook our own food and enjoy the beautiful views from the home, the kitchen was a dream. Even having stools in the bedrooms for the little ones was such a treat. A perfect home and a great company that keeps it spotless!

The house was even better with a gorgeous new pool and spa. We survived Hurricane Idalia and the house was totally intact. We love the spacious bedroom and en-suite accommodations for all. The kitchen has everything and has two large refrigerators and even one in the garage. We like to cook and our extended families on the same street and we had two dishwashers to handle the pasta and pizza parties. Bedding is comfortable and beach towels are abundant. I wish they would provide a couple beach chairs. We rent ones each day for the adults with umbrellas but the young kids could use a seat sometimes. I plan to book again next summer. There’s nothing like seeing the ocean every day!
