The property was very well maintained in a relaxing setting with nice seating areas to enjoy the river. Perfect location for us to do some kayaking/fishing.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The Creekside Lodge was perfect retreat for a getaway! The hosts David abd Chris were very nice and helpful always available. We will surely be back again!
This was my fourth stay at this property and really does feel like a home away from home. Lodging accommodations are wonderful, but even better is the location and views. Already looking forward to net visit

Our week at Creekside Lodge was quiet and restful. The cottage is beautifully appointed, and has everything that would be needed to call this a perfect home away from home! The best part was to be able to sit outside on the little deck, with a glass of wine in hand and watch the water flowing through the little creek…at CREEKSIDE LODGE!
We enjoyed spending time at this quiet, cozy home. David welcomed us with a tour of the property. We enjoyed dinner outside on the patio and nights watching the sunset over the river while a fire burned in the fire pit. This home is close to many waterfalls which we were able to hike to. Thank you David for sharing this place with us!
David and Chris were both so helpful from beginning to end, and we had an amazing time at their lovely Delaware River retreat! Their cozy apartment was perfect for my husband's birthday getaway, right next to a canoeing/kayaking outfit which we took advantage of one day, and surrounded by beautiful nature. What a treat, thank you! We hope to come back soon!
This was the coziest, clean, romantic, and relaxing place to enjoy spending a few days surrounded by quiet woods, hillside beauty, and the graceful flowing river. Conveniently located to Milford, Bushkill, and Dingmans Falls, and a bridge down the street to venture over to the other side of the river. Gas, groceries, and restaurants nearby if needed. We even enjoyed a day of heavy rain because the dry creek right out our door began gushing so beautifully into the river. It gave us time to stay put and listen to classical CDs while playing cards with a glass of wine and the cozy fireplace lit. It truly was a home away from home, and away from the world of worries going on. Just beautiful. Thank you David and Chris for sharing your lovely space with us.
Had a very good time in this small, but very convenient ,modern, lovely finish appartment, located on the ground level of 3 level house, which is under renovation and not occupied.House nicely located right near a little stream and Delaware river.Very polite host, upon arrival, waited us to explain all necessary details about our accommodation.
We enjoyed by every day staying there on sunny and rainy days : exploring Delaware, hiking over multiple trails, which are within 30min of driving, and enjoying many waterfalls.Or just sitting on a cozy deck made right near the stream.Very close to stores and restaurants. One disadvantage-river is crowded on weekends due to nearby boat renting stations;another one-no TV(only Wi-Fi).But these are not very important.
Overall-great place to relax for two and enjoy surrounded nature.
I was looking a place for several retreat days during Thanksgiving break. As soon as I got to this creekside lodge I felt that I made the right decision in renting it. Cozy, comfortable, warm spot surrounded by nature gave me the opportunity to relax and reconnect with myself. I cooked and enjoyed meals. A friend of mine joined me for the weekend and loved it as well. Huge thanks to David for sharing such fantastic getaway!!
From reserving our stay through VRBO to checking out of the lodge, David and Chris were always one text/call away! Their lodge is the perfect place to share with a partner! The view of the river is beautiful as well as the surrounding mountains. Plenty of fun relaxing things to do in the area. We can’t wait to come back!
We had the most relaxing time enjoying the amazing property and town. The views are fantastic and enjoyed making a fire and reading with the river in the background. We will be coming back. Thank you so much.
My girlfriend and I had a relaxing and cozy weekend getaway from the NYC. The place is nestled perfectly between the woods and river with lots of privacy. Everything you need is within reasonable driving distance.
Came here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Right on the Delaware River, wildlife and beautiful sunsets
