This newly renovated second floor, 2-bedroom 1 bath condo overlooks a private 150-acre spring-fed lake in bucolic Sussex County. Take in the spectacular views from the glass surround seating area. Cozy up with a good book and a favorite beverage while watching the happenings on the lake. Play a round of golf! Weather permitting, the golf course is open year-round.

Milford, PA (minutes across the Delaware https://milfordpa.us/events/) Winter and early spring are a great time to visit. A hidden gem that you won’t want to miss. The streets are lined with antique shops, art galleries, cafes, and beautiful gingerbread Victorian buildings. Check out an original preserved speak easy located in the Tom Quick Inn or dine on the wrap around porch of Hotel Fauchere, a frequented stop of Abraham Lincoln. Don’t forget to catch a movie or play at the Milford Theatre. A place for all seasons.

Enjoy a quiet hike or snowshoeing in nearby Stokes State Forest, Highpoint Park or the Delaware Recreation Area. Venture out for a day of skiing in nearby Mountain Creek or the myriad Pocono ski resorts minutes away. Head into New York State and Warwick, NY. Visit Warwick Winery and the downtown shops and end the day with a nice dining experience at any of the many restaurants.

Ideal

I spent July and August in Stephanie and Michael's huge, comfortable, light second floor apartment full of windows overlooking a lovely lake. It was so quiet and so airy I was able to work on my book every morning, have great burgers at the clubhouse and swim every afternoon. Ideal!

Perfect minimoon

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property ❤️ Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was absolutely perfect! The view was amazing; it gave us time to sit and relax. Beautiful Lakefront Home

As soon as we walked in, we immediately felt relaxed. Beautiful condo with high-end upgrades and a spectacular view. Clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Mike and Stephanie were great hosts, they were quick to respond to questions, and they made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Wonderful Weekend !

My partner and I planned a weekend getaway and I must say we were very happy with choosing this property. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Upon arrival we were greeted with some complimentary delicious cookies and simple instructions. Beautiful scenery, beautiful condo, and everything was so neat and clean. The views were amazing, the peace and quiet was so relaxing. They provided us with information for nearby activities. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return.
